**What do you like best about AndonCloud System?**

Best is wjile touching 1 button, you can create dispatch in the system. Data loading and uploading is easy. Operators are using easily to start escalate to connected parties.

**What do you dislike about AndonCloud System?**

There is no mobile phone usage, it's seperate programme and connection to mother database takes time. Update in different systems is not working proporly. You must select always code to represent problem. Manuel editing is not possible.

**What problems is AndonCloud System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Andon was very quick to show ubnormality in the line. From the line screen it's easy to catch issues. Scrap, breakdown and production performance was the indicators that I was following.
