The daily driver is almost always plain highlighting plus a text comment attached to it, it&#39;s unglamorous but it matches how review actually happens: someone reads a line, flags it, and moves on without breaking stride. The feature that impresses in a demo and then goes quiet is usually the drawing/shape markup tools, freehand annotations, custom stamps, that kind of thing, because in practice nobody has time to draw a box around a clause when typing &quot;fix this&quot; takes two seconds. Side-by-side document comparison gets demoed a lot too, then skipped once people realize the comment thread already tells them what changed and why.
