The software can manage thousands of orders daily which allows us to work in other areas of the business ### 2. This is a great advantage. It has a modern, user-friendly and simple appearance, and all the necessary tools are well available in the management dashboard. **What do you dislike about AMO?** The fact is that having everything in one place, along with the advantage it has, confuses the users of this platform. While this may be one of AMO's strengths and competitive advantages, in practical terms it seems to cause confusion and fear of sabotaging the entire platform. I have to say that I am still testing this platform and using the trial version to get acquainted with the environment and its capabilities. But I don't think it is wise to integrate all these features, all of which may not be useful in one management platform, and confuse the user (this was the case for me). On the other hand, I think the portfolio of this platform is not strong yet and it has a difficult task compared to strong competitors like Clubexpress. Pushing users to buy the service and the limitations of the trial version is also one of the points that I did not like and it may be necessary to be more careful in how to approach users in marketing the product. **Recommendations to others considering AMO:** Request a trial and demo before purchasing the service. This helps to clarify the balance between needs and supplies. **What problems is AMO solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am testing this platform to get membership fees and dues from members of the Medical Council. Our organization has more than 270 employees and more than 300K members. All members must pay an annual membership fee, which can be ideally managed with a platform like AMO. Donation management capability is also very useful. In my opinion, the use of AMO in member management, due management, and events by integrating it with other management and administrative tools can be promising for our organization. ### 3. Great organization capabilities **What do you dislike about AMO?** I feel that the user experience could potentially be slightly streamlined, but overall a great experience! **What problems is AMO solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to manage memberships and subscriptions for my business.
