AMO has all the good and necessary things together. This is a great advantage. It has a modern, user-friendly and simple appearance, and all the necessary tools are well available in the management dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fact is that having everything in one place, along with the advantage it has, confuses the users of this platform. While this may be one of AMO's strengths and competitive advantages, in practical terms it seems to cause confusion and fear of sabotaging the entire platform.

I have to say that I am still testing this platform and using the trial version to get acquainted with the environment and its capabilities. But I don't think it is wise to integrate all these features, all of which may not be useful in one management platform, and confuse the user (this was the case for me).

On the other hand, I think the portfolio of this platform is not strong yet and it has a difficult task compared to strong competitors like Clubexpress.

Pushing users to buy the service and the limitations of the trial version is also one of the points that I did not like and it may be necessary to be more careful in how to approach users in marketing the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
