What do you like best about Amazemeet?

Amazemeet complicates the process of planning meetings. It has truly been obstructive for our team. By using Amazemeet we consumed a lot of time. I Need to stay focused on what matters. What do you dislike about Amazemeet?

"The best for meetings via web with my team"

What do you like best about Amazemeet?

This system is very versatile because it allows me to carry out remote meetings with my work team, no matter where they are. The Amazemeet interface is very easy and friendly, and allows a person who does not have much technological knowledge to manipulate it and organize good and participatory work meetings.

I like it also because it allows me to have long hours of meetings and very dynamic where when you realize the time you will see that you flew by, in case a meeting is not given, it emits an alert warning the incident quickly what they call today in real time. What do you dislike about Amazemeet?

Something I did not like is the little bibliography in terms of the management of the system, it is true that the system is very easy to manage but has many functions that one as a user feels overwhelmed by so many tools. It is definitely necessary for every business to have this system, not only for its versatility but also for the dynamism involved in holding meetings. Thanks to this system we can know the way of thinking of our team based on the participations they make during the meeting. Since for me and the management team it is vital to be able to know the appreciations of our team.

I also like this system because it allows us to save time in making decisions and to generate a more open environment in listening to the opinions of each member of the work team. Having multiple options for the meetings took a little time for the staff to adapt to their use. It is also somewhat complex to work from the beginning using design and collaboration tools during the meetings, since a prior tutoring must have been carried out in order to extract the full potential of this tool. The time savings that this software provides is one of the best things. Amazemeet's canvas helps make group meetings easier to organize and the opinion and contribution made by each of them is well structured. In addition everyone can participate in the design of the meeting.

Another important thing is that we can all comment on the agenda that the meeting will follow, the key points the purpose and make any change in real time, that is, it is all really dynamic and generates that all are active participants, so get that Meetings are more effective and save time. Having a program with multiple options for online meetings is positive, but at first learn how to create meetings, generate the agenda, introduce contributions, use the canvas correctly, all this takes a time of learning.

Effective communication in a company is something that must be taken into account. We have managed to generate much more participatory meetings and where everyone has the possibility to express their opinion or modify aspects in real time.

We have also eliminated the need to make several meetings later or additional explanations after the meeting, since everything is clear in a single meeting, we save a lot of time before the multiple possibilities of exposure that the program has that generates not only more active participation, but greater quality of participation.
