I like the clear and simple interface and the opportunity to create article structures with the help of drag and drop. **What do you dislike about Amaze By Intellective?** Amaze has a vast selection of templates which are ready to use however the options to edit the templates provided are quite few. I also face a problem whereby there are no options to customize the articles to suit our brand name and other user preferences. **What problems is Amaze By Intellective solving and how is that benefiting you?** Amaze solves the problem of how to produce coherent and concise knowledge base articles quickly. The utilization of this platform is quite easy and the drag and drop feature help to save much time when developing and formatting articles. ### 2.
