**What do you like best about Amaze By Intellective?**

Amaze by Intellective has been useful for creating knowledge base articles as a technical writer working for a software company.  I like the clear and simple interface and the opportunity to create article structures with the help of drag and drop.

**What do you dislike about Amaze By Intellective?**

Amaze has a vast selection of templates which are ready to use however the options to edit the templates provided are quite few. I also face a problem whereby there are no options to customize the articles to suit our brand name and other user preferences.

**What problems is Amaze By Intellective solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Amaze solves the problem of how to produce coherent and concise knowledge base articles quickly.  The utilization of this platform is quite easy and the drag and drop feature help to save much time when developing and formatting articles.

**What do you like best about Amaze By Intellective?**

I get assisted bythe friendly interface of Amaze By Intellective, and the ability to drag  and drop items into problem. Knowledge articles creation is quite naturally, T can arrange content with different types of components, like text paragraphs, images, and vedios.

**What do you dislike about Amaze By Intellective?**

The absence of option such as custom font styles, coloured text, or fine grained layout controls limits the capicity to publish professionals and attractive knowledge articles.

**What problems is Amaze By Intellective solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The solves the problem of generating excelent knowledge articels within a short time. this level of ease allows my team to feed into our company's knowledge base, thus limiting the amount of wok I have to do and increasing the flow of knowledge within the organization.
