Alojando App Reviews & Product Details

Alojando App is a Property Management System (PMS) built specifically for vacation rental managers in Argentina and Latin America. Unlike generic property management software, Alojando is designed for the operational realities of Spanish-speaking markets — local payment rails (MercadoPago + Stripe), regional tax compliance, and a guest-facing portal in 4 languages (ES, EN, PT, IT). WHAT ALOJANDO DOES Alojando gives property managers everything they need to run a short-term rental business from a single dashboard: • Your own branded website with a custom domain (SSL included) — built in 15 minutes through a visual drag-and-drop editor. No coding, no template lock-in. • Bulk listings import from Airbnb and Booking.com — paste URLs, the engine imports titles, descriptions, high-resolution photos, amenities and pricing in seconds. • Multicalendar with real-time sync across Airbnb, Booking.com, your own direct bookings, and manual entries (WhatsApp, Instagram). No more overbookings. • Operational agenda — automatic task scheduling for check-in, check-out, cleaning and maintenance, assigned to your team. • Team management — invite cleaners, maintenance staff and other collaborators with granular permissions. • Owner invoicing — automated PDF statements with revenue, commissions and expenses per property, ready to send monthly. • Operational expenses tracking with property-level cost allocation. • Analytics dashboard — revenue, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR per property and per channel. • Guest identity verification — the guest sends their ID and a selfie before check-in: document authenticity, liveness and face match, reviewed in your panel. • Local events calendar — concerts, sports and festivals in Buenos Aires, so you know in advance when demand will spike. INTEGRATIONS Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Vrbo and Despegar (direct connection) · Mercado Pago and Stripe for guest payments · PriceLabs for dynamic pricing · WhatsApp (via Twilio) for team and guest notifications.
