What do you like best about AllRide Apps?

Planning & scheduling of my fleet has become seamless using Allride products. My customers are happy with the ease of fleet reservation. What do you dislike about AllRide Apps?

I would say setting up the dashboards for analytics were a bit overwhelming for our staff. But it was all good with the help of the support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AllRide Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are an on-demand cab hailing company and have been managing the entire bookings and operations manually. As our business started to grow, we realized it would be good to automate certain parts of the business operations. Being in the transportation sector, managing bookings, maintaining trip logs, cancellations & all consume a good amount of time for our staff. AllRide products turned out to be quite handy. What do you like best about AllRide Apps?

I run a cruise company and have a fleet of luxury boats which are hired out for events. We had been mostly managing the bookings, rostering, and day to day operations manually, when we decided to identify a system that could take care of the bookings and help introduce some sort of automation in the day to day management.

The solution AllRide provided has been quite impressive. Their system was quite scalable and could be tweaked to fit into my specific operational needs, which was quite a relief. Credits to the team at AllRide. Not only have they done a good job in developing the product, what impressed me most is their industry knowledge. Well.. as I mentioned before, the team at AllRide is knowledgeable, which can be seen from the type of dashboards and reporting modules that they have built in the system. A lot of aspects which my team had to manually calculate are now available in the system. We can now focus on other business aspects rather than keeping ourselves glued to daily business operations.
