My customers are happy with the ease of fleet reservation. I required some country specific integrations, which were handled quite effectively. Their system seems quite comprehensive and scalable. **What do you dislike about AllRide Apps?** I would say setting up the dashboards for analytics were a bit overwhelming for our staff. But it was all good with the help of the support **What problems is AllRide Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are an on-demand cab hailing company and have been managing the entire bookings and operations manually. As our business started to grow, we realized it would be good to automate certain parts of the business operations. We had been mostly managing the bookings, rostering, and day to day operations manually, when we decided to identify a system that could take care of the bookings and help introduce some sort of automation in the day to day management. The solution AllRide provided has been quite impressive. Their system was quite scalable and could be tweaked to fit into my specific operational needs, which was quite a relief. Credits to the team at AllRide. Not only have they done a good job in developing the product, what impressed me most is their industry knowledge. A lot of minute business operation specific features, which I honestly weren't expecting to be understood, had already been taken care of. **What do you dislike about AllRide Apps?** The system has a lot of features and interfaces. It was initially challenging for us to find out stuffs easily.
