As the administrator, I need to be able to see data and develop reports. I have worked with other EHRs where the reporting was lacking in significant ways, whereas Alleva simplifies many of these common issues. Also, the Alleva team is quick to respond to questions or help develop a report when I am having trouble on the development side. **What do you dislike about Alleva EHR?** The only downside in the past was billing, which has since been adjusted for the customer's needs. I am excited to see the billing reports once we use this new feature and the clearing house side entirely. **What problems is Alleva EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?** This solves a lot on the reporting side for me. The customer support is above average and get back to me quickly. **What do you dislike about Alleva EHR?** I am still having issues merging duplicate accounts together but usually it's due to the dob being incorrect in one or more accounts.
