What do you like best about Allegrow?

The software is very easy to use and effective. Implementation is made in a few steps, it is not super intuitive but the resources and support provided help you manage to get started in less than one day.

The notification system also works very well, making sure you keep track of email performance and if all mailboxes are still connected. Also, the new feature of Saftey Net seems very useful, our team is excited to try it out.

Most importantly, the attention to customers is outstanding (shoutout to James for always answering promptly and with resolutive content)!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Allegrow?

I think there is an opportunity to improve the recommendations that the software provides to improve delivery performance, I find a few of them useful but most are repetitive and somewhat basic. However, the recently deployed Saftey Net feature has already improved this aspect and will probably do so even more as they further develop the functionality. What do you like best about Allegrow?

1. We use Salesloft as our enablement and outreach platform. With our sales team focused on cold outreach, an uncertainty you can only prevent to a point is validity of an email address. This is where Allegrow comes into its own. It's able to identify whether an email is likely to bounce and remove those individuals from a cadence. It then informs our users as to a removal, alongside a risk rating so that the SDR can use their judgement to either re-enroll or reach out by alternate means to confirm an email etc. Without the platform, this is just not possible and is a major USP.

2. Each connected mailbox within Allegrow sends multiple emails to Allegrows own user base, with the main driver being more "read" and "responded" emails - improving your domain deliverability and reputation.

3. Implementation is basically non-existant. Simply connect your SDRs email and they're good to go. Allegrow will ramp up usage over time for emails to their internal base and warm up the users email and improve the domain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Allegrow?

1. At the time of writing, users do not have their own login access, meaning they can't monitor their own reputation rating, spam rating etc. It's an inconvenience but our approach to manage it is to have reps set up their access on a call and then tell them not to worry about it again. What do you like best about Allegrow?

We sought out a solution to help us monitor our email deliverability and make sure we weren't jeopardizing our domain when sending sales & marketing emails to new customers.

Allegrow helped us build confidence in our sending patterns, monitor any changes in deliverabilty and gave us the tools and playbook to make our outbounding efforts more scalable by setting up a subdomain.

Most importantly, we get insights and deliverability improvements aimed specifically at B2B sending, which was really important to us and quite differentiated from most other services we looked at.

The entire sales and support team have been wonderful in helping us whenever we've had questions and I would happily recommend them to other teams like ours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Allegrow?

Sometimes the Safety Net feature filters emails that we know to be valid, but thankfully this can be overridden on a case-by-case basis.

Also, the emails from their test network do still tend to clutter our inboxes a fair bit but it is a relatively small sacrifice for the visibility and inbox warming we get in return. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Allegrow?

Allegrow has been an essential service to us as we've been adjusting to Google's new rules for bulk email senders. It allows us to have more visibility into how healthy our email sending is. The Allegrow team is extrememly knowedgable and helpful with guiding us through making adjustments to improve our email reputation. Very thankful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Allegrow?

The platform has some limitations, but the team is actively working towards product updates - they've released many since we've started with them so I'm confident it will continue. Our users have had a difficult time managing their email inboxes with the amount of emails required to remain in their primary inboxes for 60 days.
