The support and guidance has been top notch.

It's delivered what it set out to do and the interface is very easy to set up and clean to understand.

Only small tweak would be more integration in our toolset which I believe is on the roadmap.

**What do you like best about Allegrow?**

The software is very easy to use and effective. Implementation is made in a few steps, it is not super intuitive but the resources and support provided help you manage to get started in less than one day. 

The notification system also works very well, making sure you keep track of email performance and if all mailboxes are still connected. Also, the new feature of Saftey Net seems very useful, our team is excited to try it out.

Most importantly, the attention to customers is outstanding (shoutout to James for always answering promptly and with resolutive content)!!

**What do you dislike about Allegrow?**

I think there is an opportunity to improve the recommendations that the software provides to improve delivery performance, I find a few of them useful but most are repetitive and somewhat basic. However, the recently deployed Saftey Net feature has already improved this aspect and will probably do so even more as they further develop the functionality.

We are using Allegrow to improve the email deliverability of our sales team.

**What do you like best about Allegrow?**

1. We use Salesloft as our enablement and outreach platform. With our sales team focused on cold outreach, an uncertainty you can only prevent to a point is validity of an email address. This is where Allegrow comes into its own. It's able to identify whether an email is likely to bounce and remove those individuals from a cadence. It then informs our users as to a removal, alongside a risk rating so that the SDR can use their judgement to either re-enroll or reach out by alternate means to confirm an email etc. Without the platform, this is just not possible and is a major USP.
2. Each connected mailbox within Allegrow sends multiple emails to Allegrows own user base, with the main driver being more "read" and "responded" emails - improving your domain deliverability and reputation.
3. Implementation is basically non-existant. Simply connect your SDRs email and they're good to go. Allegrow will ramp up usage over time for emails to their internal base and warm up the users email and improve the domain.

**What do you dislike about Allegrow?**

1. At the time of writing, users do not have their own login access, meaning they can't monitor their own reputation rating, spam rating etc. It's an inconvenience but our approach to manage it is to have reps set up their access on a call and then tell them not to worry about it again.

Improving our domain deliverability and deliverability rate specifically for our SDRs, who are primarily cold outreaching.

**What do you like best about Allegrow?**

We sought out a solution to help us monitor our email deliverability and make sure we weren't jeopardizing our domain when sending sales & marketing emails to new customers.

Allegrow helped us build confidence in our sending patterns, monitor any changes in deliverabilty and gave us the tools and playbook to make our outbounding efforts more scalable by setting up a subdomain.

Most importantly, we get insights and deliverability improvements aimed specifically at B2B sending, which was really important to us and quite differentiated from most other services we looked at.

The entire sales and support team have been wonderful in helping us whenever we've had questions and I would happily recommend them to other teams like ours.

**What do you dislike about Allegrow?**

Sometimes the Safety Net feature filters emails that we know to be valid, but thankfully this can be overridden on a case-by-case basis.

Also, the emails from their test network do still tend to clutter our inboxes a fair bit but it is a relatively small sacrifice for the visibility and inbox warming we get in return.

**What problems is Allegrow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allegrow helps us monitor our domain-level and user-level email deliverability, warm inboxes so they can safely be used for sales & marketing campaigns, and gives us a straightforward playbook to keep optimize our email deliverability over time.

**What do you like best about Allegrow?**

Allegrow has been an essential service to us as we've been adjusting to Google's new rules for bulk email senders. It allows us to have more visibility into how healthy our email sending is. The Allegrow team is extrememly knowedgable and helpful with guiding us through making adjustments to improve our email reputation. Very thankful!

**What do you dislike about Allegrow?**

The platform has some limitations, but the team is actively working towards product updates - they've released many since we've started with them so I'm confident it will continue. Our users have had a difficult time managing their email inboxes with the amount of emails required to remain in their primary inboxes for 60 days. (I believe a work around for this is being developed though!)

Helps to keep our email reputation high and monitor issues with our Google complaint rate.

Allegrow has been an instrumental part of our email program from ongoing deliverability support and spam tracking to content tests and email validation. We've seen great success with this platform. James has also been a great support and keeps a close eye on our account.

I wish we could have multiple user logins so everyone on my team could use the platform! I know this is on their roadmap for very soon though.

**What do you like best about Allegrow?**

We were previously flying blind when it came to how our emails were (or were not) landing. Now we have the ability to monitor our inboxes which serves as an early-warning indicator for our email outreach.

Allegrow provided guidance for our inbox warm-up on the new domain, helping us build a strong email reputation.

With the Safety Net tool, we can essentially score an email and prioritize those who are most likely to engage with us.

The combination of inbox ramp-up guidance, the placement monitoring, and proactive email address scoring has helped our sales outreach dramatically.

**What do you dislike about Allegrow?**

The Safety Net feature does not integrate with Hubspot (yet). We've modified our lead enrichment process so that we can use the Safety Net prior to entering our CRM.

**What problems is Allegrow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visibility into inbox placement; our bounce rates and spam rates were high. Now we can course correct, leading to higher inbox rates, more conversations, and thus, more sales closed wons.

**What do you like best about Allegrow?**

They focus on the only thing that matters, which is inbox placement.  Continued warm up and monitoring of our mailboxes allows us to use email intelligently for lead generation.  We can see when a specific mailbox or domain needs to be rested, which helps us keep our reputations strong.  SafetyNet is also a very useful feature to clean your lists before you send to them.

I've got no complaints, they've been a huge asset for our program.

We are no longer blind as to how many of our introductory emails are landing in spam vs. in inboxes, and more importantly they are helping increase the numbers landing in inboxes.

**What do you like best about Allegrow?**

We used another deliverability/warm up tool in the past, but recently switched to Allegrow. It's easy to configure emails on your own, their documentation for support and for best practices has been super useful, their Safety Net feature has become a critical component of our outbound strategy, and I can't say enough good things about James and the rest of the support team. They're incredibly knowledgeable about the current state of email best practices and they're always more than happy to brainstorm with us on ways to improve our reputation.

**What do you dislike about Allegrow?**

The only improvement (giving individuals access to the platform to monitor their own scores) is on their roadmap for Q1, so nothing to add here!

**What problems is Allegrow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allegrow is helping us be more proactive with our email strategy. In the past, we were suffering from multiple email lockouts a week with little visibility into why. Allegrow helps us stay ahead of that. Their data also provides us the ability to better experiment with different domains/strategies. Their Safety Net also alerts our reps on when they might be about to email a risky contact (one whose email is invalid or someone who is known to report as spam) so that they can pivot accordingly and avoid getting their address marked as spam.

**What do you like best about Allegrow?**

Allegrow has helped our sender reputation go from 82% to almost 92% in the space of a couple of months. It has had a massive impact on our small business  where email outreach is essential, and I can't thank them enough. Our emails are getting safely out of people's spam folders an into the regular inbox, and I can't wait to see the results after a few more months! Special shoutout to James for all of his help and advice - thank you James!

We hit a massive issue with our emails going to spam. I had team member's constantly tell me their emails aren't reaching people that they had previously had good interactions with, so I knew there was a big issue. Now our email deliverability and sender reputation has increased and I no longer get this issue reported by staff members.

The product isn't quite to it's maturity, but we knew that when we signed on. Integrations are getting better through time as well.

It has helped us through the challenges of getting emails into the primary inbox, because it's gotten much more difficult. It's allowed us to become proactive vs. reactive, giving us an edge on staying in front of the inevitable changes by email service providers.

Allegrow is exceptional at providing insights into deliverability that would otherwise be difficult to observe. The dashboard is super helpful, and the process behind the scenes does a great job at boosting your deliverability. It's easy to integrate and get started, and the team at Allegrow is absolutely incredible. They are solid experts in the space and provide excellent support.

Allegrow helps us maintain a consistent, positive flow of email deliverability actions with a dashboard that allows us to track our reputation for individual senders or the sender group as a whole. It makes sure we're aware of any problems with our domain records or if we have any spikes or dips in deliverability. Further, it allows us to test our content to make sure we're putting our best foot forward to align our value props with deliverability best practices.

Best thing I can say about Allegrow is that we stopped using the service for a few weeks as we felt our volume wasn't high enough to warrant it. Big mistake on our side and we rushed back to them with our tail between our legs.

**What do you like best about Allegrow?**

The service works as intended, saving our email deliverability from tanking during a new domain warmup. In fact, it has gotten us out of a few jams at this point. The team behind the product is excellent to work with, very responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. They take the time to understand their client's needs and work towards meeting them where they are. The product is simple to set up and is generally pretty much set it and forget it in terms of daily management.

**What do you dislike about Allegrow?**

My only feedback is to add self-service for adding and removing seats, which I believe they are working on. I think it is purely a limitation based on their product stage. They seem responsive and adaptable; I'm sure they will get there.

Email deliverability is tough on our business based on how we get opt-in and the sensitivity of the subject matter. Allegrow helps us continue to be able to communicate with our clients and their employees.

We implemented Allegrow to warm up a new domain as well as monitor and improve the health of our current domain. In 4+ months, we've already seen many of our emails move out of the Gmail junk folder and start reaching prospects -- a huge win!

Email deliveriabilty is not the most fun thing to spend your time on but is key to any successful prospecting startegy in todays market. Allegro take this off your plate, automating a large amount of the process while also providing super hands on support.

**What do you like best about Allegrow?**

Allegrow is an awesome tool that has helped our deliverability tremendously. Not only did it help us scale our BDR team from 4 to 10 BDR's, but it also gives us proactive insights on when our team starts to trend towards being too 'spammy', so that we could make the necessary changes to maintain healthy deliverability. 

The platform is also really easy to use.

We would not have been able to grow ~500% YoY as a Series A startup without it!

With all the ISPs cracking down on what emails get inbox placement or go to spam, a tool like Allegrow is the next big thing in sales tech stack. The team are responsive and work with you to really nail down and make improvements on ensuring your emails are getting inbox placement and not landing in spam or promotion folders.

Very happy with the experience and results we are seeing from Allegrow! Over a period of about 30 days, we have seen an increase in deliverability from about 85% to above 90%. Our Google domain reputation also increased from Bad to High in that same period. The team at Allegrow is very quick to help and respond to any needs that we may have.

It can sometimes be difficult setting up mailboxes. We use Office365 products bought through GoDaddy, and that has provided its own host of challenges. The team at Allegrow has been very helpful with the issues we've experienced, but the steps to take can be intimidating.

We needed the service mainly because .co. domains seem to be treated a bit more suspiciously in our instance and we wanted to ensure that we could get the delivery rates.

More on how the system works, but it can be a bit confusing when you have a large email load to work out the best way to deal with allegrow mechanism emails. These are essential for how it works, I guess it's just the nature of the thing.

Email deliverability was unclear. We were sending emails and not sure if they were getting there. We did have clients say they hadn't received stuff which is a big concern so we need to know they were getting our emails. According to Allegrow's reports things have improved a lot.

I've used several email warming tools in the past, and I have to say that Allegrow is by far the most advanced and comprehensive I've used so far. My open rates have steadily moved up over the last few months, and overall I'd say it is a great tool that should be in any sales organization's toolbox.

My only annoyance is the fact we have to leave some of the warm-up emails in our inbox. With that said however, it's really a minor grievance and I understand why the requirement exists, as it does enhance your mailbox's deliverability. It's just tough when you're used to reaching "inbox zero" every day. But again… That's the only gripe that I have, and it's definitely minor. I highly recommend this tool to anyone who needs to ensure their email deliverability remains high!
