Alignmint is a nonprofit management platform that combines fund accounting, donor management, volunteer tracking, event management, and marketing tools in a single system. The software provides FASB-compliant fund accounting with automated Form 990 generation, a donor CRM with self-service portal capabilities, volunteer management with hour tracking and digital waivers, an integrated events and ticketing system, and a complete marketing hub for email campaigns and fundraising. The platform includes Minty AI, an AI assistant that allows users to query their financial and operational data in natural language. Alignmint is designed specifically for 501(c)(3) organizations and includes specialized features for fiscal sponsors, including multi-tenant architecture that supports data isolation between sponsored organizations, consolidated reporting, and automated sponsor fee allocation. **What do you like best about Alignmint?**

I replaced our entire tech stack and saved money and hassle. The customer service has been insanely responsive and fun people to talk with. Alignmint helped me bring over all of our donor payment information without missing a single donation, and I didn’t have to impose on donors by asking them to set up a new account. This system has been amazing and truly game-changing for our nonprofit. I can’t recommend it enough!

**What do you dislike about Alignmint?**

I’m just hoping for a few new enhancements to a couple of the tools, but the developers have said they’re working on it.

**What problems is Alignmint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We deeply interviewed many of the competitors in this product field and quickly found that this company is not wasting our time! It is the first all-in-one operating system for nonprofits; finance, donors, marketing, events, collaboration, and compliance, all built on modern architecture that legacy systems literally cannot replicate. Alignmint gives me real control of my organization’s data and donor data, and it feels future-proof because they keep up with tech development instead of holding us hostage the way others in this field do when their technology falls behind. When we reach out for help, the team is responsive, kind, informed, encouraging, and genuinely fun to work with. As a fiscal sponsorship, this is the first all-in-one software we’ve found that offers Privacy Walls and true Fund Accounting. It saves our entire team a huge amount of time and gives us confidence in the system in a way we haven’t found elsewhere.
