What do you like best about Alignment.io?

For PlusPlus, Alignment.io is both a methodology and the source of truth for managing everyone being on the same page, rowing in the same direction.

It started as a tool for the leadership team to run quarterly planning offsite. Soon after, we started using it for our weekly initiatives and now pretty much every team uses Alingment.io for planning. It provides a common language, a common set of rituals, and visibility into what is happening.

What do you dislike about Alignment.io?

Alignment is a startup and the product is only a few years in the real world. There are small usability quircks but they've been iterating fairly quickly and making it more intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
