**What do you like best about Alignment.io?**

For PlusPlus, Alignment.io is both a methodology and the source of truth for managing everyone being on the same page, rowing in the same direction.

It started as a tool for the leadership team to run quarterly planning offsite. Soon after, we started using it for our weekly initiatives and now pretty much every team uses Alingment.io for planning. It provides a common language, a common set of rituals, and visibility into what is happening.

The result is high-performing teamwork.

**What do you dislike about Alignment.io?**

Alignment is a startup and the product is only a few years in the real world. There are small usability quircks but they've been iterating fairly quickly and making it more intuitive.

**What problems is Alignment.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Alignment for planning and team alignment. It is our source of truth for Quarterly OKRs, Weekly Top Initiatives, Mission, etc. Every team has their own set of those docs so it's easy to see who is working on what and how it all connects to company goals.

It is amazing how you can identify strength, weakness, opportunities, and threats for your business. It's easy to use. Their could be more features.

The userface have a low- quality design.

It help us to see how well our business is performing. We can see if we are achieving our business goals.
