We love the ease of use and the seamless integration with our Sage ERP. Aleran is almost rodiculously easy to learn and we appreciate how quickly new users can be trained and put to work using the software. How easy it is to upload the data and create a new sale. Also, love the people we have been dealing with for our onboarding and support. ALERAN IS THE BEST - VERY USER FRIENDLY AND I LOVE ALL OF THE PEOPLE I HAVE WORKED WITH. Aleran is going to work hand in hand with our new SAP system we are going to implement on Jan 1, 2023. This will help our sales team and customer service to easily upload orders in our system. All of the sales representatives are very happy to use ALeran going forward as all of the information they need when in front of their customers is easy to find and use. Having a platform that allows us to perform all of our daily sales functions - sales order writing, reporting, B2B site, B2C site, commissions and more - all linked together in one place is amazing. Any time we have an issue or request for an improvement or enhancement Aleran is always open to feedback and strives to make positive changes to accommodate our specific business needs. E-concile saves us hours on the commissions process , catalog catalyst is amazing and allows our reps and customers to write orders by flipping through catalogs online, OneMart provides us with a B2B site that allows our customers to place orders anytime and we are seeing higher sales orders from OneMart users as a result, we are using scanners and RepPad to write orders during shows which saves hours of time not having to manually enter orders after the fact.
