&lt;p&gt;When labour costing depth looks similar, the deciding factor is usually how naturally the ERP fits the production model around it. I’d compare WIP visibility, time capture at the job level, change-order handling, and whether finance can reconcile labour and job costs inside the system without rebuilding the picture in Excel.&lt;/p&gt;
