Unlike most LIMS system, Alchemy is exceptionally easy to use and intuative. The user interface is modern and most users pick up how to do things with little to no training. Additionally, I have found that the administation and managment of records and processes to be easy to implement. Every LIMS system is customized to fit each organization, and Alchemy has a very clever framework to make this customization easy and fast. This is well supported by their excellent customer support team who have been very helpful in implmentation, integration, and training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest downside to using Alchemy cloud is that many of the 'out-of-the-box' features that other LIMS provders have don't exist in Alchemy. This is mitigated by the fact that it is so easy to configure theses features to meet your exact needs; however, each of features does take some development effort to build.
