I like that Alchemer Survey is very accessible and easy to understand quickly. I mainly use the survey creation function, which is essential for my daily work. Additionally, Alchemer University was very helpful in learning how to use the tool, greatly facilitating the initial setup. I also value that the system allows sharing and modifying surveys at any time, and I am able to create reports in PDF and Excel. The language section could be improved; an option for automatic translation to the desired language should be added to allow multiple languages in the same survey without having to import it from outside. I also appreciate the email campaign feature that sends the survey link to an uploaded list and follows up with reminders for those who haven't completed it. Phone tech support is only available at the middle tier, not the base tier, which can be frustrating when you have a limited amount of time for a survey to be in the field, and waiting two business days for an email response isn't ideal. Also, the word clouds are only available in the exported PDF report, not in the Microsoft Word version, so we have to download two different reports. Alchemer is extremely user friendly. I use it regularly and have trained all of my employees to use it, very easy to implement and integrate. Building surveys is intuitive and simple. The platform also allows for a lot of different types of survey/tool building, question formats, logic, etc. I've been able to use Alchmer for all sorts of different feedback gathering and even use it as fillable forms in particular situations.
