**What do you like best about ALChartsPlus?**

I like the fact that it is every user friendly. It is configured in such a way that it’s so easy to use without any qualms and difficulty on my end. I accomplished what I needed to with this software.

**What do you dislike about ALChartsPlus?**

The fact that I only was able to utilize it in specific situations at my job. I was not familiar with how to change the different settings to accommodate our work but I never had to deal with that, granted my work needs were met. 

**Recommendations to others considering ALChartsPlus:**

Definitely give it a shot since it worked really well for our company. You could use it and see if your needs are met, and if not, configure it to meet your work demands. 

**What problems is ALChartsPlus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to use and very efficient especially when it came to communicating patient info, findings and results to providers.
