**What do you like best about Albi?**

I Thought Albi Was going to be the one solution for our restoration construction business. However, after trying to make it work for over four months, we abandoned the ship. They essentially just have a very rudimentary shell of a CRM and all the special features that they try to sell you on our actually just Zapier connections That don't really work that well and you have to wait and consult with someone at the company to get it integrated. You can't do anything yourself. There were just constant problems. Definitely not worth any money let alone the large fees they charge.

**What do you dislike about Albi?**

Everything. They are selling their products as a complete CRM but in reality, it's just a shell CRM that relies upon Zapier connections

Didn't solve any problems just created more
