# Which feedback analytics platforms support surveys across web, email, in-app, and mobile channels?

Hey G2 community, running one survey tool for the website popup, another for email NPS, and a third for the mobile app is more common than it should be, and it's exactly the gap that sent me looking at which feedback analytics platforms genuinely support surveys across web, email, in-app, and mobile channels from a single place.

Survicate launches surveys across web, email, in-app, and mobile from a single dashboard, with responses from every channel rolling into one place instead of separate exports per source. Does the in-app experience feel as polished as the web version, or is one channel clearly the stronger build?

Zonka Feedback collects feedback across multiple channels and surfaces responses in real time, which seems to close the usual gap between a channel-specific tool and a report someone has to assemble by hand.

SurveySparrow leans on a mobile-friendly, conversational survey format, so teams whose respondents are mostly on the move can answer almost as easily as someone filling out a longer form at a desk.

SurveyMonkey distributes surveys through shared links, email, and embedded forms, with reporting that pulls responses together regardless of which channel they came in through. How much of that consolidation happens automatically versus needing manual cleanup afterward?

For teams running programs across all of these channels at once, has consolidating into one platform changed response rates, or has the bigger win mostly been on the reporting side once the data's already sitting in one place?

From what I've heard, the bigger win has mostly been on the reporting side, since having everything already sitting in one place saves a real amount of manual assembly work every reporting cycle. Response rates seem to depend more on how well the survey fits the channel it's delivered on, a conversational mobile format versus a longer web form, than on whether the backend is unified, so consolidation mostly changes how fast a team can see the full picture rather than how many people actually respond.
