What do you like best about airfocus?

Airfocus has been really helpful in collecting user feedback in one place and making it easy to connect that feedback to initiatives in our roadmap. This has made it much simpler to ensure our plans are informed by user needs. The tool is also very customisable, allowing us to create workspaces and roadmaps tailored to our outcome based approach. What do you dislike about airfocus?

As it's so customisable, there’s a slight learning curve when getting started, especially if you're unfamiliar with or haven't used similar tools in the past. What problems is airfocus solving and how is that benefiting you?

It makes it easy to collect and view all of our user feedback in one place, instead of having it sitting in word docs or pieces of paper. It's then easy to connect the feedback to inform and prioritise our opportunities, and what we work on next. What do you like best about airfocus?

The support team is amazing. Sometimes when I ask a question I receive a short video tutorial that they created for my specific use case. I also like how easy it is to setup a workspace for collecting feedback as an airfocus beginner and in addition to that Airfocus offers a lot of workspace templates that you can customize to your needs. What do you dislike about airfocus?

There are two things that I dislike:

1. When the user send us a feedback the user doesn't receive a confirmation/notification email.

What do you like best about airfocus?

The best thing about Airfocus is its modularity, which enables an extremely high level of flexibility. Literally everything can be customised within each workspace: roadmap views, fields within each view, swimlane groupings... even if something I need isn't immediately obvious, there is a way to make it happen! What do you dislike about airfocus?

Consolidating roadmap items across different workspaces is not intuitive, and there are two ways to do it: Item Mirror and hierarchy relationships (which allows for parent-child items). Airfocus brings powerful technology together inside a very easy to use interface that really simplifies the product managemenent process. It was quick to set up and the team did a great job of helping us define our processes. We were able to use it to quickly get feedback from internal and external stakeholders. What do you like best about airfocus?

It's super helpful to be able to pull in data from multiple sources using the API to have one centralized place to consolidate our product feedback and ideas. Integrating with GitHub also allows us to keep an eye on progress on the development side automatically. I log in about once or twice a week during much of the quarter, and multiple times a day when we're deep in product planning mode.

Implementation was simple (if not a bit tedious to import and categorize our historical data), and I loved that I was able to customize the product to do exactly what I needed to do.

What do you dislike about airfocus?

Once you're coordinating and tracking a certain number of ideas/projects in airfocus, it can start to get a bit overwhelming- but the ability for each user to create their own views makes this a lot more managable! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

airfocus allows us to import all of our product feedback into one place, organize it based on the product areas and goals it relates, to and then plan our roadmap and individual product updates based on that feedback that we've received. Airfocus provides a very flexible way to prioritise development efforts, also across multiple platforms. It has a flexible hierarchy structure and allows to define custom fields. The filtering and display options are just the way I would expect from a modern tool. The User Experience in general is great so we can accomplish our daily tasks in the team in an efficient manner.
