This has made it much simpler to ensure our plans are informed by user needs. The tool is also very customisable, allowing us to create workspaces and roadmaps tailored to our outcome based approach. As it's so customisable, there’s a slight learning curve when getting started, especially if you're unfamiliar with or haven't used similar tools in the past. There are two things that I dislike:

1. When the user send us a feedback the user doesn't receive a confirmation/notification email.

The best thing about Airfocus is its modularity, which enables an extremely high level of flexibility. Literally everything can be customised within each workspace: roadmap views, fields within each view, swimlane groupings... even if something I need isn't immediately obvious, there is a way to make it happen! Consolidating roadmap items across different workspaces is not intuitive, and there are two ways to do it: Item Mirror and hierarchy relationships (which allows for parent-child items). Airfocus brings powerful technology together inside a very easy to use interface that really simplifies the product managemenent process. It was quick to set up and the team did a great job of helping us define our processes. We were able to use it to quickly get feedback from internal and external stakeholders. What do you like best about airfocus?

It's super helpful to be able to pull in data from multiple sources using the API to have one centralized place to consolidate our product feedback and ideas. Integrating with GitHub also allows us to keep an eye on progress on the development side automatically. I log in about once or twice a week during much of the quarter, and multiple times a day when we're deep in product planning mode.

Implementation was simple (if not a bit tedious to import and categorize our historical data), and I loved that I was able to customize the product to do exactly what I needed to do.
