## About Air
Air is a creative operations platform designed for teams that produce and manage high volumes of visual content, enabling them to organize, approve, and scale assets across every channel, tool, and team. Creative teams face a common operational problem: work becomes unfindable the moment it's approved. Versions scatter across Dropbox, Google Drive, email, and Slack. When a marketer needs to resize an asset for a new channel or generate campaign variants, they either search for hours or rebuild from scratch — resulting in duplicated effort, inconsistent output, and wasted creative investment. Unlike DAMs that only store finished files, or cloud storage that treats creative work like any other document, Air tracks every asset, version, and approval in one place and preserves the full context behind creative decisions. That context — what's approved, why it was made, what changed — powers everything that happens next. Key capabilities include: • Asset organization and findability — Air auto-tags and structures creative work so approved assets can be located in seconds, not hours. • Version and approval tracking — every revision, feedback round, and sign-off is recorded, giving teams a single source of truth for what's current and what's approved. • Asset scaling and adaptation — approved work can be resized, reformatted, and adapted into variants for any channel without starting from scratch. • Cross-team alignment — Air serves as a shared system of record connecting the creative team that produces work to the marketing team that deploys it. • Context preservation — unlike general file storage, Air retains the intent and decision history attached to each asset, making it possible to build on approved work rather than recreate it. Air is used by two distinct audiences within the same organization: creative teams who use it to organize and protect their work, and marketing teams who use it to find, adapt, and scale that work across channels.

## Air Reviews
 ### 1. Enhanced Visual Assets Management, High Cost a Concern

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lindsey D. | Senior Brand Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

I have been using Air for a few years now for our design team to manage our assets and photography. I appreciate its visual-forward content management capabilities, especially as an alternative to Google Drive, which isn't media-friendly. The ease of accessing and viewing design assets and photographs is significantly enhanced with Air's visually appealing interface. One of the standout features is its robust search functionality, which allows me to quickly and efficiently find specific photography, such as searching for all images containing a phone. This feature helps immensely when matching photography to specific web page requirements. Additionally, the tagging feature is particularly useful for organizing and locating assets quickly. I found the setup process straightforward, which is always a plus when integrating new software into an existing workflow.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I do think there needs to be continued improvements on the preview images as they don't work half the time, and they're not customizable. So that's a downfall for me. And the price is pretty steep. So, that would also be a concern.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Air to view our photography visually, allowing quicker searches and better asset organization for design projects.

 ### 2. Streamlined Collaboration with an Intuitive Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lacee T. | Social Media Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Air?**

I am a social media manager and I use Air in so many ways. It's great to have a shared space and database for the entire creative team. I can easily upload UGC content and mark usage details so other teams may seamlessly access it. I love the interface and how easy it is to find what I need. I don't have to waste time searching around and the search functionality works great when I want to find photos with a specific product or subject. Setting up Air was very easy!

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I do wish that you could add a specific usage expiration date rather than having to manually note it.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Air to easily upload and manage UGC content, making it accessible for my team. The user-friendly interface and search functionality save me time, helping me find content quickly.

 ### 3. Air’s Easy-to-Use, Customizable Boards Make Work Simple

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rick S. | Director Audio/Video Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

What I like best about Air is the ease of use and the layout of 'boards' and their ability to be customized per user.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

The downsides of Air are that, like any new program, but especially with a DAM, there is a learning curve and a period of time where some stakeholders have to be won over to the new system. Thankfully with the Air team we have been able to make a smooth transition and they have given us an a mple timeline to do so.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Air is solving the problem of getting easy access to assets to our Sales and Creative Departments and made it simple for them to locate assets, approve assets and share assets with internal teams but more importantly, with external clients.

 ### 4. Effortless Content Management, Needs Better Video Tagging

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura E. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Air?**

I like that Air is very easy to use and helps me find things easily. It stores all of my photos without me having to save them on my phone. I also appreciate that it's extremely easy to set up.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

The video tagging could be better. I would love if it was more similar to photos where I don't have to manually tag all of my videos.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Air allows me to quickly find all of my content and search for it without having to tag it myself.

**Official Response from Alfonso Yap:**

> Hi Laura! Thank you so much for your review. I am glad that we have been able to be a solution for your digital organization needs. If you ever need more support or a feature that would help you even more, you can reach us at hello@air.inc!

 ### 5. Revolutionized Our Content Management and Sharing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael R. | Sr. Manager, Owned Content and Influencer Marketing , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

I love that with Air, we can share content with third parties without giving them access to the platform, which makes it really easy to create content packages for content creators to download. We can also share internally with our marketing teams and create segmented libraries for different business areas, organized by ship, content type, or amenity type. This flexibility really provides options for anyone in our department or other departments at NCL. I also love the ability to tag and quickly search through content in our library, and it's available at an amazing price point. The search tool capabilities are outstanding, especially the AI tool that helps us search for specific photos, making it easy to find and organize content. Setting up was smooth, thanks to onboarding calls with the Air team, helping us with tagging and organizing content. Air is intuitive and does everything we need without being overly complicated, allowing us to edit, version edits, and comment on timestamps directly in the platform, which makes collaboration so much easier. We just absolutely love it.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

At this time, I can’t think of anything that I don’t like about the platform. Our team has been able to utilize all of its capabilities and it’s sped up our processes internally tenfold.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Air to organize, share, and edit all our social content, UGC, and creator content. It simplifies sharing with third parties without platform access, enables segmented libraries for different business areas, and offers quick search capabilities, making content management easy and efficient.

 ### 6. Streamlines Asset Management with Ease

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam P.

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

I think the manual AI tags are really cool. I'm really excited to be able to search by a product and filter the assets that way, which will save a lot of time compared to before, where I had to spend a lot of time scrolling through and finding the exact assets needed. This efficiency in organizing assets by sub board and tagging them for easy finding once we have everything in place is going to be super valuable. The tool keeps everything organized, and now with Air, we can have all our assets in one space, eliminating the fear of losing things. Importing assets from Drive and Dropbox was super simple.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I wish the AI tagging was a bit smarter and more intuitive at the start. It's tricky to go through thousands of assets and manually tag them, trying to make the AI learn and auto-tag new things. The initial front-loading work is a bit challenging.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Air to organize all our client assets, keeping everything in one space, so we avoid losing things or managing links. The manual AI tags are promising, allowing easy asset searching, which saves time and improves efficiency on the creative briefing side.

 ### 7. Effortlessly Manages Content with Powerful AI Search

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Riley M.

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

I really like Air for its ability to organize tons of images and videos, which is crucial for my job. The AI tagging feature is amazing because it allows me to find any image without knowing the exact file name or location. Probably the AI capabilities within search are what I like most, as they've saved me so much time. I can simply search for content like 'tomato' and instantly see every image and video related to tomatoes, instead of manually searching through folders. Switching was easy with setting up Air and moving everything from Google Drive.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I think the AI search still isn't as specific and technical as I'd like it to be. I really would like to see automatic video clipping based on searched content. I'd like Air to give me a ready-made clips for download.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Air helps organize vast amounts of images and videos and excels at AI tagging, allowing me to find any image without knowing the exact file name or location. This saves me so much time, especially in searching for product-specific content.

 ### 8. Intuitive Image Management with Powerful Search

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ella F. | Junior Designer

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

I use Air for managing images for our small hotel, and I really prefer it over Google Drive for this purpose. It's specifically catered to photo and video storage and organization, making it much easier to use. I like the ability to create folders and subfolders, which keeps everything super organized. The feature that allows me to quickly search for specific words like 'cocktail' to instantly find a related image is really handy. The AI search feature, although it could use some improvement, is something I think is valuable. Overall, Air feels more user-friendly compared to other tools, and the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I think the AI search feature could be slightly improved to recognize more images. Sometimes it misses things, like when searching for steak, it won't show all steak photos. It just needs to get better at object recognition.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Air to manage images for our hotel. It’s great for organizing photos in albums and searching for specific images. It's more user-friendly and better for photo storage and organization than Google Drive.

 ### 9. Effortless Creative File Management with Air

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** AMBER M. | Director of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

I use Air for organizing creative files. I appreciate how it helps to keep files very organized, easily accessible, and very searchable. I like that we can add custom fields to creative, which makes it really easy to filter and search what you need. I also found the initial setup to be very easy. We switched to Air from Google Drive because it offers more capacity, easier filtering and searching features, and better visual organization.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I would like to be able to share a link from a custom search inquiry and I haven't found a way to do that yet. I would like to be able to search a certain characteristic, for example, and then send a link to everything that got filtered to our creative teams.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Air for organizing creative files, keeping them very organized, easily accessible, and very searchable.

 ### 10. Visual-First Browsing with Helpful AI Tags for Finding the Right Image Fast

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

Very visual-forward, I like being able to see really large images. That is super helpful. Being a graphic designer, I'm often on the hunt for the "right" image to use, so being able to see things quickly and find things quickly is key. We have lots of tags that our team adds manually, but I've found myself using the ai generated ones like "car" when I need some cool atmospherics that we didn't specifically tag or shoot for.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

It can be slow, or occasionally the ai tags aren't as helpful as I'd like.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's organizing my company's thousands of images into helpful, logical folders that make it easy for me to look through a look-book style catalog and find what I need. This saves me a lot of time and mental energy, as I can focus on designing instead of hunting.

 ### 11. Asana Keeps Me Organized and Boosts Team Alignment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

I use Air regularly to organize and collaborate on assets, and it’s become a key part of my workflow. Features like folders, shared workspaces, and permissions make it easy to keep everything structured while still allowing the team to access what they need. The smart search feature is especially helpful it allows me to quickly find specific files without digging through multiple folders, which saves a significant amount of time on a daily basis.

The platform’s clean, intuitive interface also makes a big difference. Navigating between projects, uploading assets, and organizing content feels seamless, which helps me move faster and stay focused rather than getting bogged down in file management.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

One area for improvement in Air is how assets are handled when they’re accidentally moved. Currently, if a file is dragged into the wrong folder, it can be difficult to quickly retrace steps and locate where it ended up especially in larger, more complex workspaces.

A helpful improvement would be adding an “undo” feature for asset movements, or a more visible recent activity/history log that clearly shows where files were moved. This would make it much easier to quickly correct mistakes and maintain organization without interrupting workflow.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Air, we struggled with keeping creative assets organized across multiple platforms, especially when using tools like OneDrive. Files were often spread out, difficult to search for, and challenging to keep up to date particularly when managing multiple versions of the same asset. This made it time-consuming to locate the right files and created inefficiencies in our workflow.

Now, we’re able to manage, store, and organize all project files and final assets in one centralized platform. Features like smart search and customizable labels make it easy to quickly find exactly what we need, while version uploads allow us to track iterations seamlessly—something that’s especially valuable in a design workflow where multiple rounds of revisions are common.

As a result, we’ve significantly reduced the time spent searching for assets and managing file versions. What used to take several minutes per search now takes seconds, and the improved organization has helped streamline collaboration across the team. Overall, Air has made our asset management process more efficient, reliable, and scalable.

 ### 12. Great for Organization, Needs Better Search Functionality

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dean P. | Graphic Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

I really appreciate how Air facilitates file management for graphic designers like me. It remarkably helps in organizing and viewing images and other files crucial for product development, ensuring everything stays efficiently allocated and orderly. What I like most about Air is the sharing function, which is exceptionally easy to use. It allows seamless sharing of files with third parties or external individuals who are not part of my company. This feature significantly enhances collaboration and communication, especially when dealing with external clients or collaborators.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I find it hard to use the search functionality in Air. I wish it was more streamlined, allowing me to not only find files but also show their exact location within subboards or folders. Currently, it only shows the image or file, but not where it is located, making it difficult to organize effectively.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Air to organize and access images and files efficiently, enhancing my workflow as a graphic designer. It simplifies sharing files with external parties easily.

 ### 13. Easy to use, everyone loves it.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karen G. | Project Coordinator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Air?**

Air makes it so easy to organinze your photos. We transitioned from Cumulus which wasn't very user friendly - feedback our department received from other departments. Now, we have a full library that we can organzine by boards and sub boards. It's turned our photo catalog into a very easy tool for our entire campus.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I haven't seen anything about AIR - to date - that I haven't liked.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AIR allows us to easily organize thousands of photos by main catagories. Then we can further identify catagories by having subboards under each catagory. The upload process is seamless and quick which saves us a lot of time. I love the collection board feature. This allows us to share specific boards with the individuals that need to see it, by sending a link to the board. The whole system is easy to use.
I love that we can send external links to our student photographers as well as professional photographers and they can upload their final photos into AIR...again a time saver for me.

 ### 14. An important platform for content management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Md Y. | Product Design | No Code, Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

I like that we can arrange all the files in different folders like we do in windows which is very user friendly and similar design trait. The minimal design keeps everything easy to grasp and navigate through loads of data and content.
something i find useful is the option to view image files in low size mode to retain the speed of the app while giving option to see it in HQ. Overall i like the platform

**What do you dislike about Air?**

while going through images there's a lag in between image change
i mean you went to new image and still u see the old image for few second, air can improve this maybe, i know it's tough to optimize for such large sizes. but that's one of the things i find odd.
No preview for some files like the one uploaded by 360 cam or some file formats.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So we are a design agency and natually we have loads of content like image videos so the air basically helps us to arrange everything and keeping evrything we make or handover.
Problem Solved: The easy navigation from a pile of projects

 ### 15. Streamlined Asset Management with Air

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sebastien K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Air?**

I like that I can organize subboards within boards, and I can tag images with certain keywords, making it easier to search for them. The varying export settings are great, allowing me to download either a full-size image or a scaled-down image with a lower file size for different applications. The organizational structure saves me time by reducing the amount of time I need to search for something or optimize an image in another program.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

Nothing

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Air provides a centralized spot for all our assets, which can be accessed org-wide. It makes searching and organizing easy, saving us a lot of time. I can tag images for easy search and use various export settings, reducing time optimizing images in other programs.

 ### 16. Simplified Asset Management with Easy Access

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paige H.

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

I use Air for asset management, and I like that it keeps things organized, allowing clients to review and team members to access all files remotely. I appreciate being able to stack the versions of projects for easy reviewing, which makes the review process easy and organized. It's also easy to cross-reference old versions of a document. Additionally, Air is a better-organized platform that makes it easier to manage and download files. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I would like to be able to delete a version in a version stack.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Air keeps our asset management organized, facilitates remote access for clients and team members, and makes it easy to stack and review versions of projects. The platform is better organized and simpler for managing and downloading files compared to our previous solution.

 ### 17. Effortless Asset Management with Powerful AI Search

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex K.

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

I like how simple Air is. It has the features we need and isn't bogged down with extras we don't need. The AI search is great and makes it easy to find assets using rough terms. I also appreciate that the no-duplicate files feature is nice for managing our images. It's helpful that we can have multiple versions of an asset live as versions instead of actual files, which streamlines how we use our creative assets. The initial setup was fairly easy, and even though we're still transferring files, the process remains simple.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

Nothing in the few months we've used it.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Air helps manage creative assets with features like AI search and no-duplicate files. These solve issues of missing assets with searchable tags and simplify version control by consolidating multiple versions as non-duplicate files.

 ### 18. Easy Content Management for a growing org

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aiyoko I. | Director of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Air?**

Being able to search our content library based on tags or general inquiries (color featured, images or video featuring a person or animal, a physical material or texture featured in content) has made our content team's life a lot easier.
It's easy to organize and tag, and you don't have to deal with doubling up on storage space if you want your content to live in multiple folders.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

The pricing is a little rough. If you're a freelancer, $300/month is a steep price for 1 seat.
Adding seats seems a little too easy. Even without Admin login, we've had people in our org sign into air with their work email and it creates a new seat which adds another $300/month to our invoices.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were using Google Drive before and ran into storage issues and it was not easy to search for content containing various key words

**Official Response from Alfonso Yap:**

> Hi Aiyoko! Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Air's content organization and search capabilities. We apologize for any inconvenience regarding pricing and unauthorized seat creation. We'll work on addressing these issues to provide a better experience for our users.

 ### 19. Excellent Asset Organization and Search, But Workflow Automation Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Parker K. | Marketing and IT coordinated, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

I really appreciate being able to keep all my assets organized in one place, making them easy to find whenever I need them. The most convenient feature is its powerful search function, which seems to understand exactly what I'm looking for based on the description I provide.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I would really like to see an option for internal functions within workflows. For example, if I label an item as red, I want it to automatically appear wherever I want all 'red' tagged items to be displayed. Additionally, I wish the AI could be trained to recognize products or items that are specific to what I use, so it could generate descriptions tailored to those products using its trained AI capabilities.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having all assets gathered in one location makes them easy to find and download. The convenience of accessing everything in a single place really streamlines the process.

 ### 20. Intuitive Media Hub with Outstanding Organization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liz G.

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

I think the user interface of Air is very easy and intuitive. Even someone who hadn't really used the back end of the platform before can easily create different folders and organizational elements and figure out how to upload. That makes it super easy. The easy searchability of it is also a great component.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

Some elements are not as intuitive, like metadata tagging, and those kinds of elements. It would be helpful to maybe be trained on those. Also, I haven't really had much access to the new AI elements of the platform.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Air provides a neat and clean way to store and sort assets, serving as a centralized hub for photos and videos. It's much cleaner than using Google Drive, making it easier to organize and search for items.

 ### 21. Modern and Easy, but Expensive

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lou C. | Freelance, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

What I like most about Air is its modernity and ease of use. It allows me to navigate the application more easily, to create folders simply. It is a modern software that completely adapts to contemporary use, with a simplified UX, which is great for people who may have difficulty.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I find that the tags or certain features are not developed enough, or the ability to rename the URLs for the content, the name itself.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Air avoids image compression and allows for organized photo storage. It facilitates access for multiple people without the need to download via a link. I like its modernity and ease of use, which makes navigation and folder creation simpler.

 ### 22. Streamlined Asset Management for Marketing Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick L. | Growth Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

I like how Air saves me a lot of time by not having to spend hours finding my creative assets. It's great that I can quickly return to my actual job of being a creative marketer instead of searching for files. I also find the app really nice; the UI is very fast, which makes the whole experience more enjoyable.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I think Air is pretty great for us. There's really nothing that I think could be improved or could be better. Maybe if there was an integration with LinkedIn ads, so I could look at ad performance tied to my creative inside of Air.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Air saves me time by managing and organizing creative assets easily, centralizing images and videos. It improves searching by color or tags, taming chaos. It simplifies organization and searchability, unlike Google Drive, which was a nightmare for file management.

 ### 23. Visually Appealing and Easy-to-Use, but Desktop Glitches Present

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan T. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Air?**

I find Air’s visual display of files particularly nice as it makes it easy to pick the file I need. This feature is quite valuable to me because it enhances my ability to efficiently organize and locate my files. Additionally, I appreciate that setting up Air was very easy, which made the transition to using this product smooth for my team. The choice to switch over to Air from Dropbox was driven by Air offering better value, which is an important consideration for me. Overall, these aspects contribute to Air being a highly effective tool for organizing and storing my files.

Sometimes the desktop app on Mac has trouble updating.

 ### 24. Intuitive DAM

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olivia W. | Graphic Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

I like how easy it is to use, to create sub folder systems of organization and the ability to send people outside the organization links to upload while restricting their access to the rest of the DAM.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I dislike that I can't select a wide amount of things at once to sort or move into a different folder, I also dislike the search function at times. The ai search results are not always accurate and may be a waste of resources.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organization of my company's creative assets.

 ### 25. Effortless Collaboration and Feedback Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joel H.

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

I find Air really helpful for sharing my work online with clients. It's easy to get feedback and clients find it easy to use too. I really like how simple it is for us to share files. The platform is easy to navigate, which makes getting started really straightforward. The initial setup was super easy, and getting used to it was great.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I think stacking versions is good but they have to be the same file name, if we could upload to a stack without it being the same name that would make sense.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Air to share my work online with clients and get feedback easily. It's easy for clients and us to share files and is very navigable.

 ### 26. Effortless Organization and Fun Layout—A Game-Changer for Our Marketing Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ceriena K. | US Brand Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

The layout is so simple and fun to look at! It makes using it so much easier. We use it in our team to see brand uploaded content and Air makes it seamless for us to create organized folders for brands to put content in and tag it for the season or promotions we are doing. It cuts the time the marketing team spend in half!

**What do you dislike about Air?**

There are no downsides! Air is so seamless, the title is very fitting.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Air addresses the challenge brands face in organizing their content. It allows teams to quickly highlight the materials they want to showcase, making it much easier to find the right assets. This has significantly reduced the amount of time our marketing team spends searching for content to include in our promotional newsletters, website layouts, and other projects.

 ### 27. Intuitive Visual Organization, But Search Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vivian B. | VP Brand and Merchandising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

Love how it's so visual - its easy to quickly find the thing you're looking for, unlike in Google Drive where you see a bunch of file names. It's been very intuitive even for our business partners who don't use Air regularly- we're constantly using Air links to share with them to send large files and it has been working well for us.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I would love for the search functionality to improve. We have been members for about 4 years and there have been a lot of improvements over time, but we're a messy organization - we don't have proper naming conventions and multiple teams saving things to different folders. Improving the search would be very helpful to us.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Air is an image library for all of our visual assets that is accessible to all.

 ### 28. Seamless Content Management with Intuitive Interface

No longer using it

 ### 30. Solid Storage with Room for Search Improvement

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam B.

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

I like Air for its capability to store not only our ad creatives but also copies and custom fields.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I think searching could be better. It's often not easy to find folders. Also, it's baffling that I click on an Air link and there's then an option to "view in workspace". What is the point in that? These could be better. I actually don't think the copy fields are good. They make finding copy difficult. They are a good idea in concept but not in execution.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Air helps store all our ad creatives along with copy and custom fields. It's easy to explore and export content, though searching folders can be challenging.

Air makes it extremely easy to search and find collateral I need, freeing up time for everyone. It creates a single source of truth, organized and easy to navigate, solving the clutter and duplication issues I had with Google Drive.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

It was a little hard to figure out how to make a box at first because there were so many premade. I wish there was an iPhone app.

Air helps me organize content for my clients easily by allowing me to categorize different products and styles. It makes finding content quick and straightforward, improving my efficiency in managing social media for clients.

 ### 33. Streamlined Content Management for Creative Teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

I like how easy it is to share things on Air and the way it displays content. It's helpful that photos and videos fit dynamically to their true width rather than being constrained to a square like Google Drive. We use it as a social media agency internally to organize assets, as well as to share folders with clients for approval and collect assets from them. The UI of Air is a lot more intuitive and user-friendly than traditional file-sharing software like Google Drive.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

The mobile app isn't great. I'd like it to be faster to upload content and generally easier to use. It is also very expensive compared to alternatives like DropBox or Google Drive.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Air helps me view and organize content easily, share and receive submissions, scan photos without opening them, and fit media to true width, unlike Google Drive.

**Reviewed by:** Annie H. | Creative Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

I really like Air because it's simple and very user-friendly. With a lot of digital asset companies and programs, there are so many features that it clouds the ability to know how to do just simple things. Air allows me to drag and drop, reorder, and it makes everything super user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

One thing that gets a little bit frustrating is when you bring in a new folder, you have to reorder and re-alphabetize. The alphabetize feature doesn't show by default when you click on that collection.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Air helps with visual and keyword search, making it easy to organize and share digital assets.

 ### 36. Customizable and Intuitive, with Promising Growth Ahead

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily B. | Graphic Designer, Co-Founder, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

Air lays out files in a way that makes sense for a creative agency. They have a lot of very customizable features to fit the exact needs of our team. The layout makes ease of use a given, and makes for easy training for the wider team.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

Not necessarily a downside long-term, but because they are relatively new to the scene, they are still rolling out many key features. However this will only get better as time goes on.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a massive amount of storage across many clients, and never had a good way to search for the best and most up-to-date assets. Air makes it simple and intuitive to find exactly what we need without stress.

It's actually easier than Canva and one of the most simplistic platforms I've come across, which makes things very easy, especially when uploading files and organizing assets. Its straightforward nature makes sharing files a breeze. The initial setup was painless and so easy.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

nothing. It is the most straightforward asset uploading/organizing & sharing platform I have ever used.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Air simplifies sharing and organizing files, making it easy to navigate and upload assets for Wolf and Badger. It's more straightforward than Canva, enhancing efficiency in listing and marketing tasks.

 ### 39. Effortless File Management with Visual Clarity

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Air?**

I love Air's easy-to-use interface and visual layouts, which help me see each production clearly. The thumbnail layouts are especially helpful for distinguishing similar content, making our file organization much better. The initial setup was also easy.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

You DESPERATELY need an app. Using the website on mobile is kind of a pain. It's annoying to open a browser, type in a URL that's not a .com, and then try to navigate in safari.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Air for file management, specifically video files for production. It keeps us organized with easy use and visual layouts, helping differentiate similar productions with clear thumbnails.

**Official Response from Alfonso Yap:**

 ### 40. Excellent Asset Management, But Needs Bulk Export Feature

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

Air helps us organize a large number of assets so they are searchable, downloadable, and browsable across teams and competencies. The ability to export images at defined sizes helps our marketing team grab the correct asset at the correct size without worrying about technical requirements. The comprehensive tagging functionality allows anyone to search our large library and find associated assets.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I really wish that Air had the ability to export multiple images at a pre-defined size. We are often sizing 50-60 images for a campaign and need the ability to quickly export at a reasonable size for use in our CMS, but currently we are only able to export them one at a time.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously used Dropbox to organize all our assets. The UI was unintuitive and frequently caused issues with sharing and searching. Assets would get lost in folder trees. Air solves this with an intuitive UI that users can get up and running with quickly, allowing us to get the most usage out of our curated assets as possible. We put a good amount of time and effort into shooting photography for our brand, but if our team can't find them, they will never get used. Air does a great job solving this issue for us.

 ### 41. Version Control Made Easy with Stellar Onboarding Support

The organizational capabilities of Air, including the use of different boards and sub-boards, significantly help in structuring our marketing materials, making it much easier to manage and find work. Additionally, the search capabilities are a standout feature for me, providing superior ease in locating assets compared to previous platforms. I also appreciated the smooth setup process, with setting up the different boards being straightforward and efficient. Importantly, the onboarding team was incredibly helpful during our initial setup phase, ensuring a seamless transition to using Air. These capabilities have collectively improved our organization and workflow, making Air an essential tool for our marketing efforts.

I love how Air significantly contributes to eliminating disorganization among our photos, making it easier for our social media managers to track the most current photos and content for their posts. Air stands out for its ease of use and delivers a good user experience, which are crucial aspects that make me consider purchasing it again. The setup process for Air was very easy and straightforward, focusing on setting up an organizational system tailored to our restaurant's needs. Additionally, I find the photo naming and searchability features particularly useful, as they enhance the functionality needed for efficient social media management.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I find it challenging to log into Air and would like it to be easier.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Air to eliminate disorganization in managing our restaurant photos, making it easier for our social media managers to access current content efficiently.

 ### 43. Enhanced File Organization, But AI Features Feel Unnecessary

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

I appreciate being able to add tags to each file, which allows for easy sub-categorization if desired. The file filtering feature is also very convenient. Overall, this feels and functions like an improved version of Drive or DropBox.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

Some of the AI features seem unnecessary to me. I get that they can help quickly summarize what might be inside a folder or what a file could be related t. On my PC I have a separate HDD for just storing stuff, that is what Air does essentially, but I don't need AI on my PC just to store things. It feels like these features are included just to follow a trend, rather than because they're actually useful in my case.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Personally, I mainly use it for storage and to download files that my editor provides. I typically follow whatever my boss recommends, and if he asked me to set up my own NAS, I would do it. Still, I do like your product—just wanted to mention that.

 ### 44. Effortless Image Management with Air

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hilary M.

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

I have been using Air for many years primarily for image storage and sharing across multiple team members, and I find it very easy to use and navigate. I really like the search functionality, which allows me to find the key images I am looking for effectively. The ability of Air to handle and share high-quality and heavy image sizes has been crucial for me and my clients. We appreciate being able to organize and navigate our image database efficiently, with features like folder classification, making it easier to store files and access them later. I love the ability to adjust image sizes when downloading, as it gives me the flexibility to choose between full quality and a smaller size depending on my needs. This feature is particularly beneficial for different project requirements. I also appreciate the super clean interface, robust usability functions, and the efficient keyword search feature that helps me find necessary images quickly. These features collectively make Air a comprehensive tool for image management.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I would like Air to have keywords associated with images, either AI-generated or user-inputted. This would assist in finding images even if the exact wording is not used, potentially enhancing the efficiency of the search functionality.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Air simplifies image storage and sharing for high-quality, large images, facilitating organization and navigation across teams. It enhances usability with features like image size adjustment during downloads and efficient search functions, organizing images with folder classification.

 ### 45. Easy to Navigate with Constantly Helpful New Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

It's really easy to navigate, find content, and it's constantly coming out with helpful features. It's so easy to share images without being worried about messing up our organization. Forms for collecting images is also super helpful. The integrated AI is pretty good about finding objects and people as well. I'm excited to see all of the features that are coming up! Our reps have also always been super supportive.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

Integration with Sharepoint would be awesome. I wish we could do more basic editing in the platform. Just basic photo adjustments, video trims/crops, etc. They do have quite a few features for that however.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's been so helpful for storage and more importantly as a way to find them. It's so nice to drag and drop them in and also be able to look for things that are in the photos not just based on titles or tags.

 ### 46. Streamlines Influencer Content & Management of Assets

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

As an influencer marketing consultant, I use Air to manage influencer content collection, reviewing of content, and storage of the content with my clients. It makes each step super easy and makes it so everything stays in one place. I love how you can also use the customization to collect things like planned caption from the influencer when they are submitting the content!

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I wish the price point for more storage was a bit more attainable, but it really does give you a lot of features.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Air makes it much easier than other storage solutions to collect, store and receive feedback from clients about influencer assets. It's super helpful to manage the content between both the influencer team as well as the paid social team for asset management once we have content from an influencer with usage rights. We can even set the usage rights expiration date right within the asset itself on Air.

 ### 47. Air Excels at Image Management and Organization, But Needs a Mobile App

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

I searched across the internet and tried dozens of platforms looking for an image management program that would easily allow us to search, tag, sort and filter images. Air checked all the boxes and then some, truly changing my workflow and process. It's incredibly easy to get started, use, and collaborate on. One of my favorite features is creating upload links that can be shared. I've converted multiple companies to use Air for their asset management and will continue to share my support of this program!

**What do you dislike about Air?**

My biggest complaint is that Air does not have a mobile app. It's the number one thing my team wishes for, especially as a company that uses Air to download images to post on social media via mobile device.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to sort and search assets outside of rigid folders, unlike SharePoint. This gives me the ability to organize folders by photoshoot, but still be able to find all photos that contain certain elements regardless of what folder they're in.

I find Air to be incredibly beneficial for managing our photo assets efficiently. The modern and user-friendly UI is a perfect fit for our needs, especially for beginners on my team. The tagging system within Air stands out as particularly useful, allowing us to categorize photos by different products, models, and colors, which greatly enhances our ability to locate assets when necessary. Additionally, the board systems are very helpful in organizing our work. I also appreciate the excellent support from Air's team, particularly the assistance from their representative Paige, who was instrumental in the setup process, even though the setup was straightforward and required minimal help due to the thorough resources provided. Overall, Air has been an efficient tool that improved our team's workflow, helping us move much quicker and making it a desirable option to continue using.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I think the general price point of Air is a bit tough. I think there are a lot of really great features it offers at a very, very high price point. I would love for it to be more accessible to small businesses and nonprofits to be able to use.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Air helps us find photo assets easily, resurface old assets for repurposing. It enhances our team's efficiency with an easy setup and effective tagging system.

 ### 50. User-Friendly, But Mobile Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kirsten B.

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

I have been using Air for nearly three years to manage my client's content across social media, digital channels, and print assets. One of the main features I love about Air is its capability to allow the same content file to be live in multiple places, unlike Google Drive where I had to copy assets into different folders. The setup process was incredibly easy and intuitive, which I found very impressive. I appreciated the ability to tag content and the use of AI to help with tagging images, which is extremely beneficial. Air also solves the issue of reusing content across various platforms efficiently, as I can move assets effortlessly. The AI-powered computer vision tagging is particularly helpful, and I enjoy being able to track approvals for different content workflows. I also appreciate the ability to create multiple subboards based on my specific needs and the simple search functionality that allows easy access to content using basic terms like necklace, bracelet, or colors. Furthermore, I value the integration with Canva, which complements Air's functionality nicely. Overall, I like Air a lot, to the extent that I would purchase it again and again regardless of any new programs or aspects added.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I find the Airflow app to be a bit challenging due to its learning curve. Additionally, the mobile app could use improvement as I find it lacking in intuitiveness. I would also prefer to use an actual app rather than a web-based solution on my mobile phone.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Air to manage client content across digital and print channels. It solves the problem of having to duplicate assets by allowing content to live in multiple places, streamlining my workflow. The intuitive setup and AI tagging enhance content organization and searchability.
