## Agile CRM Reviews
 ### 1. The best value for money all in one CRM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Craig H. | Managing Director / Founder, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2016

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

Agile CRM is the most feature complete CRM out there. Combine that with the per month cost and you have the best value for money CRM around.
Calendar/booking feature, email campaigns with branching logic, integration with website inquiry forms, so many features!

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

Having restrictions on the number of campaigns etc. (even on higher plans) is a little restrictive. Would like to see an unlimited plan. Not sure if this is still in place but there was also a compulsory minimum email fee per month which seemed like it could've been added into the monthly cost.

**Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM:**

Use the free trial and make sure you try out all the features as there are lots of them!

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use the email campaign automation tool regularly. It's great to be able to send out a campaign, follow up with campaign members automatically and fork into different responses based on their actions. It automates are marketing effort.

 ### 2. Excellent, cost effective solution for small businesses.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick B. | Owner, Marketing & Sales, Logistics, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2016

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

I like the ability to pull contact communications from multiple sources (email, social, etc.). I enjoy the simple, yet powerful interface. I also like how it integrates seamlessly to GMail; we are able to quickly add, from GMail, contact information into AgileCRM.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

I do not like how it handles email and social alerts. I would like AgileCRM to be able to operate almost as an email client; allowing us to see all incoming customer/prospect emails in one location (I submitted this as a feature request some time ago). I also do not like the fact that AgileCRM will "lose" emails if they are deleted from my email client; it should be able to preserve past emails whether they were deleted from GMail or not. Alerts are top priority...email, social, etc.

**Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM:**

Agile is a very effective CRM system for small business. You, and your team, can quickly access your customer/prospect information. It has a very user-friendly interface and can connect to several social media applications; so you can quickly drill into additional details about your prospects. So, signup...the more users on the system, the more robust the system will become!

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am gathering data from many sources and building data business models for higher education and printers/publishers. The data I am gathering is allowing me to build a robust consultancy site that, at some time in the near future, will go live.

 ### 3. Great CRM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh K. | Founder, Program Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2017

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

What I like the most is the ability to create complex workflows according to our needs. Also The API feature which helps our programmers sync data

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

Maybe I would like to have folders to segment our campaigns. Nothing serious but it could be helpful

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We chose Agile CRM for their ability to take an action based on a person's reply to an email. We were having a hard time doing it manually to suppress current respondents from future marketing emails.

 ### 4. Great

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2017

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

User Friendly
Meets the basic needs of the user

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

Deliverability is not as high
Need to work on deliverability
Full forward integration with Facebook and LinkedIn Ads will be nice

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having one platform for all our marketing, CRM & Email Marketing needs

**Official Response from Raja Shekar:**

> Thank you, Samuel, for taking the time to review Agile CRM. We thank you for choosing Agile CRM which is All-In-One, Modern and Affordable. Email delivery is a complicated concept which involves bounces, bulking, ISP feedback loops, email content and spam issues. Typically, the emails should land in junk/spam folders when your customers do not see them in the Inbox. Would it have been better if you could manage the email delivery on your own? We understand the importance of this and we provide multiple options to deliver emails sent through Agile CRM. You can configure the Outbound email by providing the SMTP details. If you are using Gmail, just provide the login details.

Now, what about the high volume of emails? Not to worry, we provide integration with popular email gateway providers like Sendgrid, Amazon SES, Mailgun. Just setup the email gateway by supplying any of the above account details and all your emails from Agile CRM will be routed through your own gateway account. This ensures you have better access to the email delivery stats and independent from other users.

We encourage you to write to our friendly Support team at support@agilecrm.com and a resolution is assured.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristen B. | Freelance Digital Media Marketing, Consumer Goods, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2017

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

A good platform for even the "non techie" to understand

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

We initially had some issues with our Agile CRM. Their customer service came through for us! After having difficulties trying to get this CRM to work for how our company schedules appointments.
They found a work around that works well for us.
I am very impressed with how the went the extra mile to make sure we are happy.

**Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM:**

If you are a small company just implementing your first CRM, this is a good place to start. They want to grow and will help you work through issues.
Just make sure you are very clear with what you need from them.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Needed a simple CRM and scheduling calendars for our company

 ### 11. Great CRM loaded with lots of features.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark P. | Mortgage Broker, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 04, 2017

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

I can add all the custom fields i want to both my contacts and my deals. I love the whiteboard.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

The help section on the site doesn't search very well but the online support team makes up for it.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing my mortgage business

 ### 12. Easy UX

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2017

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

The UX. It's icon based and easy on the eyes. When you're busy, this is key.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

The calendar. It's in 24 hour time. Unacceptable. Until they change it I have paid for a separate scheduling app.

**Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM:**

It's a lovely interface and is completely mobile compatible with no loss of functionality. I use it primarily on my ipad. If you're on the go, and want to work without a laptop this is for you!

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of potential clients in my pipeline. I have booked business I might have forgotten about because I can set reminders to contact people who are interested.

 ### 13. Powerful, flexible CRM + Marketing = Great Value

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark C. | Founder / CEO, Internet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2017

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

What I like best about Agile CRM is that it's an all-in-one solution. You get all the necessary CRM features, plus marketing integration. Other platforms cost a lot more and require "upgrading" to include marketing.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

The only (slightly) negative thing I can think of, is that the sales funnel probability is only set when you create the opportunity. Most CRMs will increase the probability (and therefore, the expected value) as you move it through the sales funnel.

**Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM:**

Agile CRM is a great value.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has allowed me to focus more directly on income-producing activities, managing sales and automating marketing.

 ### 14. AgileCRM Review

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2016

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

I think the price as it was very cheap but even if it was cheap I just wasted money as they didn't refund as after complaining and them not fixing our issues well.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

Our company used AgileCRM before and also recommended this to our client. However, upon using it, it doesn't really live up to what it promised to do. Specifically with Email Marketing, all the emails we are sending to our clients are going to Junk/Spam Folder, we've done several tests and change the content of our letters but still it all went to Spam. The representatives promised us on the call that the emails will go straight to the Inbox but it didn't. Also for our clients side, the emails from Office365 doesn't sync properly well, it took 3 months and still they weren't able to solve this issue. We had to cancel our subscriptions.

**Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM:**

Unless they change the way they handle customer support and the product itself in a good way then I should say go and try it, but if it's still the same worse service then dont waste your time using and signing up for it. They refused to refund us as well.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Marketing/Email newsletters. No benefits

 ### 15. Great & Flexible for SMB

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan R. | Head Wanderer, Hospitality, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2016

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

Integrations with Paypal, stripe and built-in forms and email automation. I love tagging contacts and adding them to an automated campaign and being able to rate that contact based on them opening or clicking plus seeing in real time when contact opens or clicks on a link.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

Creating email templates is kinda clunky especially if you like to add lots of images. Not a fan of the landing page software so I kept my own but I would love it if it was easier to do so I can eliminate my need for a separate platform. Not a huge fan of the reporting, they are hard to read. Mailchimp has ones that are much prettier.

No social integration with Facebook but I can live w/o that feature for now.

**Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM:**

Great product for SMB, very flexible and with the tagging feature, you can segment your contacts in many buckets. I am using the built-in forms on different landing page software for lead capture and then auto tagging those leads into automated campaigns. It's a beautiful flow and works great.

Would love improvements to the dashboard and reporting functions but they are useable at this point.

After testing a number of platforms including Nutshell, Zoho, Hatchbuck, Autopilot HQ, Sugar CRM, AgileCRM is the best suited to my needs and the customer support has been top shelf. I had initial integration questions and my rep Patrick was easy to reach, always called me back & solved my issues quickly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CRM + email automation + invoice tracking to specific clients .I have saved time in monitoring my contacts and integrates with zapier to

 ### 16. CRM that automates your marketing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff B. | Marketing Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 30, 2016

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

AgileCRM has a very comprehensive marketing automation solution that allows you to mindmap your workflow. This helps you identify the holes in your campaigns and modify. They also allow you to look at activity down to the individual user activities.

I also like the new feature that allows you a peak into anonymous user activities.

They have now segmented their platform into Sales (CRM), Marketing (automation) and Services (customer service)

This allows you to have each department focus on their role in the overall marketing mix.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

The newsletter scheduling is a bit complex compared to others. Also the scheduling feature can be hit or miss with reminders.

**Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM:**

I would recommend having looking at tying AgileCRM into your entire company sales and marketing process to get the best results. Integrate the marketing automation, CRM, telephony, and analytics with current company procedures and solutions so that it can be an engine to drive campaigns and give the whole picture to all teams involved.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With this tool I centralize the marketing automation process and tie it into sales information for the sales team. The CRM helps me to look at the funnel from marketing and promotion to the closing of the sale. Also i have a better view of my digital channel impact when properly configured with analytics.

 ### 17. Practical

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Farming | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2017

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

The fact that I can gather a bunch of information of clients.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

It's hard to understand the web page and the interfaz.

**Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM:**

Try if Agile fits in your business as well as reaching them out.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reaching out my clients in the precise moment.

 ### 18. Agile CRM - Smiles all the way

It has so many functions and are so easy to implement with Wordpress.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

Nothing, all seems to in order, as the support team is always eager to help.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Auto-responders, client follow ups and client web access trails

 ### 19. I think this product is brilliant. I came across this product after some indepth searching and love.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2016

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

I like the integrated bulk mail system.
I like the tags which can define a segment of an audience.
I like the campaign management

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

I don't have the time to learn everything, and miss some subtle features.
We don't have all integration features available in South Africa
On screen help which actually makes sense, so that if you are in the middle of a process, and need to add something or remove something, one can get an understanding without moving onto another screen.

**Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM:**

Go for it.
If you understand database management, database marketing and are looking for a tool which allows you to do what mailchimp does, but with a better contacts structure, this is the one.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to segment databases easily and flexibly. I can get closer to a single view of a customer. I can build campaigns (if in theory) in order to attract more business.

 ### 20. Agile CRM love it

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2016

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

It amazes me all the things that AgileCRM can do. Beyond just the CRM it has a tremendous amount of marketing automation capability at a cost accessible even to small businesses and startups.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

While the functionality is vast, this still appears to be a CRM that is growing up. On one end this is great because they are building and releasing new functionality CONSTANTLY. It amazes me how fast this platform is improving. However, it is also clear that some areas need polish and UX improvement.

**Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM:**

If you are not ready for Salesforce and need marketing and sales process automation, this is a GREAT option. It is not as clean as Salesforce and won't do as much but it is also significantly more affordable.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used AgileCRM primarily to support an Outbound Prospecting effort. The automated campaigns coordinated with Web Rules has been extremely powerful.

 ### 24. Affordable CRM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucas S. | Executive General Manager, Utilities, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2016

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

I have been using AgileCRM for more than a year. I have benefited from the improvements and growth. Like all CRM platforms, if you apply yourself to it, the features are amazing. I run multiple businesses and I could not do it without Agile. The team do get back to you and the potential and value of this platform is exceptional. I do recommend Agile CRM and a complete sales, marketing and now service platform!

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

Not much to dislike now, the improvements in the presentation of the different areas Sales, Marketing and Service have taken away some guess work in using the #forms for example.

**Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM:**

I was recommended to use Agile in response to finding Infusionsoft very confusing. I had spent a fortune of other programs and had had enough! Onboarding with Agile is a pleasant experience and the videos are improving. Please just explore all the features, set up some sequences and enjoy! Spend time to make campaigns engaging so we all don't suffer from spam markdowns.

Take advantage of the rich apps and plugins AgilCRM has right out of the box.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I run multiple time zones, and multiple products, the all in one nature of the AgileCRM platform has made a truly measurable lift in my sales.

 ### 28. A CRM to do Inbound Marketing... cheaper than you think

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alejandro G. | Director de Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2016

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

The possibility of doing lead scoring... is not found in all current CRMs!

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

I don't like the form tool at all... they are very ugly. It is very necessary to create forms to capture leads... but the forms have to be nice so that the user wants to use them... otherwise you won't capture contact data from your visitors... I use Gravity Forms to connect my website with Agile CRM (but this form plugin is very expensive...)

**Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM:**

Now we have Agile in Spanish!

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My Content Marketing strategy is starting to bear fruit. We are getting leads for sales!

 ### 29. Awesome CRM for an awesome price

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Razvan R. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2016

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

I love how easy to use the features are - I didn't need any training on the software to get started, and there are great resources online for training as you go, so when I find something I need help with, it's easy to figure out.
I also like the marketing automation area where i can set up complete automation very easy.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

There is no native IOS app. I would be very happy if i can use my crm from my phone.

**Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM:**

It si a very good CRM for a very good price.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am more productive since i am using agilecrm.

 ### 30. The worst cloud software I have ever used

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

The concept is great - blending CRM with Marketing Automation.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

The system is riddled with bugs and poor design choices. I just counted how many support requests I have raised in the past 6 months - it's just shy of 100! Critical things like contacts being deleted, emails not being sent, losing deals in the CRM etc. I prepaid for 2 years and it's one of the biggest mistakes I've made. Their support team, whilst friendly are simply robots, and the bugs get worse with every release. Whatever you do, do not sign up with Agile CRM. Anyone who has ever had to change CRM knows how frustrating it is and I promise you will end up changing if you go with Agile.

**Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM:**

Avoid like the plague.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trying to blend CRM with Marketing Automation.

**Official Response from Raja Shekar:**

> We thank you for trying Agile CRM and glad that you liked our All-In-One CRM with integrated Sales & Marketing Automation. To add more value through our CRM, we now also have “Service” automation from within the same CRM platform. With the integration of Service, now our users can manage their Support tickets and the Live Chat from within CRM. Yes, agents can answer the Support tickets and Chat with your customers realtime on your web site. With this, the Sales, Marketing, & Service teams work from one platform reducing the chances of data leakage. Our users are growing exponentially and similarly the feature requests & we are doing our best to keep up to our user requirements. Our weekly product releases are example of how much we care for our customers. The recent addition of a "Trash" option which acts as a Windows OS Recycle bin will help to restore any accidentally deleted Contacts and Companies. Our continuous product releases are available at:

We understand nobody's perfect, but how much effort you put to be perfect matters. At Agile CRM, providing the personalized customer support is our priority and our testimonials say how much our customers love us:

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

We have created a Landing page and kept track of deals.
They make it simple and straight forward.
I have already recommended it to my podcast partner.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

Sometimes it can be fiddly moving between clients and getting the email connectivity sometimes takes a bit.

**Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM:**

Easy to set up and get moving with room for expansion.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Client contact, external engagement, and deal tracking.

 ### 32. Simple, al in one solution

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tracey G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2016

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

I like that everything is in the one place. I don't have to worry about integration issues with different providers and messing around to get them to work together.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

Some features and clunkier and not as user-friendly or intuitive as alternate products and lack flexibility on basic features like being able to ask a few questions prior to processing the calendar bookings.

**Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM:**

If you have specific requirements, find out what the capability is first.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a simple and affordable CRM that I could use for myself and clients.

 ### 33. Solid Product

 ### 34. A Virtual Swiss Army Knife for Business!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nannette D. | Leadership Coach, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2016

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

After assisting a client of mine set up Infusionsoft I fell in love with the concept of a system that could route my potential clients through a process customized to what they really need. This way I could provide the greatest value to each one and have it automated.

Since the cost for Infusionsoft was prohibitive, I was looking for an alternative. I found AgileCRM and started using it. So far I found that I can do most of the same tasks with AgileCRM that I had set up with Infusionsoft including email routing as per specific actions, tracking activity on my website, CRM and task management, and more. The customer support is very good, I can get answers within one business day from their friendly, knowledgeable staff.

I'm thrilled. Thank you Agile!

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

I would like to be able to change the font size in the user interface.

**Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM:**

This online CRM is so inexpensive, it's worth trying out. It's also FUN!

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving the customized email followup challenge.
I migrated from the Salesforce CRM (the inexpensive plan) and am thrilled with the new ability to integrate my database with email and a phone call center.
I am better able to keep track of clients and potential clients with "tags" that show where they are in a process, so they get exceptional customer service.

**Official Response from Shreyansh Surana:**

> Hi Nannette,

Thanks for your review. We are glad that you are liking the product.

We value your feedback and will pass this on to the product team. Alternatively, you can put this on our Uservoice and based on the votes, our product team will take this up in their roadmap.

 ### 35. A complete CRM/marketing automation platform

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Games | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2016

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

The combination of a good CRM along with a marketing module which is completely customizable, helped me a lot in identifying my customers and reaching out to them in the most effective and efficient way. AgileCRM empowers marketing team to create and deploy marketing campaigns without involving IT .

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

For the landing pages module , it would have been better if the landing pages could be hosted with https rather than just mere http

**Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM:**

Customize it for your need . The initial setting up is a bit time consuming but once its done , its simplifies user management and marketing.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With AgileCRM I'm now able to reach out to my clients at the right time . helps me in new client aquisition, client retention as well as client engagement.

 ### 36. Agile service and quality

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2017

My experiences with Agile have been incredibly good. The service from all areas has been incomparable. The system is unbeatable for functions It is easy to set up custom fields to satisfy most needs even in the lower priced versions I highly recommend these people

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

I have a vision impairment and the system does not have an option that assists that condition

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

An excellent understaning of CRM

 ### 37. Great experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2017

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

Easibility of use within the dashboard and platfoem

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

I wish there was a way to do two way texting available, also a way to schedule campaigns to run Monday through Friday, not on the weekends. Also I wish you could run daily campaigns at a set time everyday as an option instead of with a filter etc

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better marketing automation

 ### 38. Great product and support as well. Very fast and easy to find a personal support.

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

Easy to manage contacts and select that you need right away. Campaigns and reports are easy to manage as well.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

Nothing as of now that I can think of. The Support team is always here to help and with exoecrtise.. it's all good expecrtice.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My business is art and I am sending my art news letter to my people. Generating new leads using Campaigns and expanding our business

 ### 39. Great for growing businesses

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Music | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2016

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

Low price and free accounts. Good for young businesses.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

Buggy at times. Broke web forms while they were being used in my site. But they did ultimately fix the issue after some small amount of blame shifting to OR web host over the issue, which was not the case. Appreciated the ultimate help to resolve.

**Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM:**

For businesses needing a crm this is the best. Free to start, grow with it and big box features when you need them. Great value and there when you need it.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are unifying or customer interaction. Creating campaigns and funnels, tracking responses and trying to market and service smarter and better.

 ### 40. Great CRM, instantly available features and dynamic records

hte visual campaign manager and email sharing

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

Price; Would like to have different plans for to meet the smaller/leaner company that still needs more campaigns... :)

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Campaign flow and email collaboration

 ### 41. Excellent All-in-one

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan M. | Generic Self-Important Position, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2016

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

Feature list is comprehensive, integrations seem limitless (without going to the complexity of beginners requiring a developer like salesforce), and customer support is quite responsive.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

What would see to be a highly useful Chrome extension for it (unofficial) was buggy, so I had to write my own.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralized customer data points. The project wasn't large enough to spend engineering time building a massive analytics tool with Segment.

 ### 42. The most user friendly client management tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2016

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

I am very impressed with the robust system that agile offers. It is helping to drive the operations of my company. I'm particularly impressed with the support that agile offers. If I ever have a question on how to best utilize the system, I reach out to Patrick who has helped me from day 1. I am able to much more effectively manage my contacts which has led to an increase in service and conversion rate. Agile contains all the functions and abilities that we were looking for but the difference between agile and other companies is the incredible support. Agile has far exceeded my expectations in every aspect.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

So far, i have no complaints or dislikes.

**Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM:**

Our selection and decision to incorporate agile into our company was the best decision.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to track contracts and continue to nurture our contacts until we receive a signed contract. The ability to monitor and manage each contact throughout the process is invaluable.

 ### 43. No going back - downgrading is NOT allowed with Agile CRM.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keith M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2016

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

Very easy to like Agile, user friendly and works well.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

As your needs grow you naturally subscribe to more features, when your needs change Agile does NOT allow you to downgrade.

**Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM:**

Be careful if you feel you might want to downgrade users, once you subscribe to a plan there is no going back.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Normal Sales & marketing CRM

 ### 44. Good for my needs

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben K. | Commercial Director, Health, Wellness and Fitness, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2016

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

Recording emails and easily viewing tasks.

Not tried email campaigns - still using Mailchimp
Not using deals yet - too much admin as it is without needing to keep a track on sales in another platform

Being able to scrape web data for contacts is good (chrome plug in)

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

The fact I cannot send a template to look like a regular email. Everyone knows when an email is sent in bulk, it takes away the personal feel of an email. Also couldn't get my signature to align with the template so it looked even more obvious. Sticking to Zendesk to send macros/templates.

**Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM:**

Check exactly what you get and try a free trial of the level you want. we signed up then found out things were missing.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using this purely for contacts. do all my emailing in my normal email client

 ### 45. The worst email automation tool I've used

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Meredith O. | Principal Consultant, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2016

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

The CRM part is OK if you want a very basic tool to store your leads, and do not require a lot of customization. You can easily add custom fields, but the interface is basic so I wouldn't recommend it from a visual perspective.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

For the CRM portion, the information is stored in tabs. So if you want to look at a contact record, you can tab to see their info, then tab to see their web activity, then tab to see their campaigns - it does not live on one page.

The email automation and emailing are a nightmare. You can't put an unsubscribe link in an email template - you have to add the field to each email you send, both one off and in a campaign. In text versions of the email, you can not add links. You also cannot set account wide lead scoring for things like demographic data - you have to add that to every campaign, and a demographic node counts as one, and then the score node counts as one - campaigns are limited by the amount of nodes, so you can pretty much set up one or two emails in a single campaign before you have to transfer them to a new campaign. Also, once the campaign is running, you cannot make any changes to the email. If you have a link to a page that changes, you cannot update that link in a running campaign, and you can't see how many contacts are at varying stages of the campaign.

Agile CRM consistently lost a lot of data - campaigns would save, and I would log out, only to return an hour later and have pieces have saved. Support could only respond that I should be capturing screen recordings (which I did) and then could only say that it must be frustrating that it kept losing my work.

**Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM:**

I would seriously consider your business needs - the pricing for the Enterprise level of membership is highly comparable to more robust solutions like Salesforce.com without any of the limitations and bugs Agile is facing.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing business contacts and leads. I didn't realize any benefits.

 ### 46. Agile has been integral in streamlining our intake communications.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael P. | Owner, Media Production, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2016

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

Value. We spent two months researching and testing a handful of CRM options to streamline our new customer intake process. Agile is a fine blend of usable functionality at a scalable and affordable price.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

Customization of the admin interface is a bit lacking. The dashboard modules are nice but it would be great to have some more control over default field labels and context.

**Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM:**

Create a free account and dig in! It's quite intuitive and Agile's support team is very responsive.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a team of project managers handling new lead intake communication. Prior to Agile we were using email as the primary means of juggling conversation handoff which resulted in a high volume of emails sitting in our inboxes.

Within the first two weeks of rolling out Agile, we saw much greater response rate during initial lead conversions.

 ### 47. Agile is a great value for small business!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah M. | Accounting Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2016

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

The simplicity of the platform and the abundant training provided from the support team.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

Occasionally aspects of the platform will change without a product update from the team.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our client base is growing and our re acquisition of former clients is abundant through regularly schedule campaigns and marketing plans.

 ### 48. Agile CRM has huge potential, but the on boarding experience needs to be improved

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Terry C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2016

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

The email triggers that make drafting an email campaign easy .

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

The onboarding experience . Help is only offered in a totally different time zone .

**Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM:**

Try it , but be patient.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email direct marketing EDM made easy . List segmentation . CRM

 ### 49. Best CRM for SMB/SME

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2016

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

String tag functionality, strong email marketing, strong email and telephone integration

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

Some of the extensions and widgets are Windows only

**Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM:**

Ask excactly how things work, like campaigns cannot be modified once started

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Complete marketing automation, has allowed us to really achieve a 360 degree view of a contact, allowing us to tailor and work a contact in order to achieve retention or work/stimulate various lines of sales funnels. Long sell, in one type of product or cross selling other products.

 ### 50. Love the way it organizes all my contacts!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Candy V. | Graphic/Web Designer, Events Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2016

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

Easy to manage, get everything done in one place type of system

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

I dislike the interface sometimes feels too cluttered with too many options

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am trying to organize everything as a freelancer and business of one.
