# Why are you tear down their state-of-the-art product?

Why are you switching the core functionality of your product? I loved AgileCRM, but I cannot use it anymore because of your behavior

They keep pushing their new product, and AgileCRM is not being maintained.  Campaigns are not working and no one is fixing it.  We are looking to switch.

Hi Amit, really sad, still can&#39;t believe it, their &quot;new product&quot; seems too buggy and childish currently. I heard, they had technical issues, and cannot tell when they recover. I am currently evaluating competitor tools. Depending what you are searching for, but that one is very, very similar to AgileCRM:
I find it one very promising: engagebay.com
Others: Pipedrive, oDoo, ActiveCampaign, Close.com, Zoho,..
