"Great integrated CRM solution for Marketing, Sales and contact service"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Agile CRM?

It is a tremendous integrated suite. It is end to end with lots of automated features that manage all parts of the customer journey, making process optimisation easy. This also makes it easy to scale as the business grows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agile CRM?

It's a pretty niche/small company. It means that you soon get to know most people in the org. Support seems to be split between Texas, USA, Manilla, Philipines and India. It is a solution for smaller businesses rather than for large corporations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Agile is Cheap but Their Support is Horrendous"
1/5
What do you like best about Agile CRM?

Agile is cheap and customizable (lots of tools like email, push notifications, etc.). However, those are really the only two things it has going for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agile CRM?

So much! Agile CRM is clunky, slow, has a lot of bugs -- and worst of all, their customer support is horrible. I've reached out 5 times to deal with one problem, without a solution. Terrible follow up too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Similar to Windchill"
5/5
What do you like best about Agile CRM?

I've used other programs, and I have to say I enjoy using Agile more for documentation purposes. It's easier to look up documents and data in Agile vs other programs I've used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agile CRM?

I only wish it looked better or had some areas with better font styles so that it's more clear however it does the job, and not everything needs to look pretty all the time. I do wish it looked a bit more colorful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nice little CRM, does a lot, and at a decent price"
4/5
What do you like best about Agile CRM?

Agile has been built with a focus on the needs of solopreneurs and small businesses. It's customizable, cost-effective for entrepreneurs who want their CRM system to have all the bells and whistles that they need - not just limited features provided by other similarly priced products out there. Their system could track emails sent from outside of the platform, which was great for a client of mine that I suggested Agile to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agile CRM?

The UI could use some improvement and there is a bit of a learning curve - I would like to see something more innovative, combining what's on contact records with the company or financial details in one easy view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One stop solution for CRM"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Agile CRM?

It's the capacity of account management and call center management is a key point which we found very useful. Escalation along with the notification. Segregation of targeted audience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agile CRM?

Support some time we received late, back-office support need to improvise. The pricing structure needs to optimize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
