## Agile CRM Reviews
 ### 1. Cost effective CRM

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

Integrated simple tool for sale and marketing

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

Analytics can be improved and the bulk data upload has some issues

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This helps in our lead management and follow-up with clients.

 ### 2. It diversifies its functions in favor of fluency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nastassia B. | Sales Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2022

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

Agile CRM is very good; it has a solid foundation that makes it easy to understand the tools and creates numerous options for fluidity and control of CRM automation benefits. For organizing a performance to help prospects, it is efficient and very helpful. We have been more agile with our marketing due to the ease of its operation.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

I wish it had the tools better distributed, the interface is fast but I feel it is somewhat cumbersome to understand at first instance.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Essentially, our team has stuck with it straight away; we use it to simplify support as a true CRM, it's very easy to automate marketing operations and optimize workflow, and it's versatile, which helps to fill various gaps according to the company's objectives. The concept of achieving highly efficient and functional performance around CRM activities becomes clearer.

 ### 3. Not ready for real companies

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

There is nothing to like about Agile CRM. I sell products which is foreign concept to this company. If you sell dreams and have no product then this company is for you. When I told them I need to provide quotes or invoices they told me to use excel or Google sheets

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

They have no idea how to help a company that sells products. You have to manually enter products one by one. You have to enter contacts one by one as they have no way to extract details from emails.. seriously.. this software is really wesk

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It doesn't solve a single problem for me because the moment the customer wants to buy... Open excel and manually enter the name address and phone and manually prepare documents to do your sale. Agile does none of that

 ### 4. Started as agile, then Agile became less so

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

Agile was a decent product as a beginner.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

Agile was a decent product at the start, but as they changed their business model, the Agile program platform became more constricted and less supportive of what had been achievable in the past.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None- we switched products.

 ### 5. They are partly shut down their mature main product and force you to their new beta startup

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jan J. | CEO, Developer, Product manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2021

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

AgileCRM WAS one of the most holistic and effort products on the market. Clean UI, interconnected functions, detailed statistics.
A CRM as it should be,... till now, it's not anymore. read why in the "dislike" section

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

Wow, I don't know where to start, but let's try: They are disassembling their main flagship product. Overnight, without any big bang, they disabled some core parts of their platform, like "forms", "email campaigns," and "page creator". What will switched of next? No one knows. You are now forced to use their "500apps thing", which is mostly in beta and rich of bugs (you can see them in the lower right corner on their dashboard). 500apps is a mish-mash of single apps collected in one platform. They are not interconnected (if they are, tell me), they are loose... My opinion is that they are way too early to force their (longterm) clients to that childish platform, which is far away from "production". Now you have to use TWO platforms, with independend contacts lists (they are not in sync), "forms" , "campaings", and "page creators". Why not using a mature "campaign" and mail send platform and pay a few bugs more.. In AgileCRM all your contacts are extensively tagged and tracked, in AgileCRM you can see, when, how which client was contacted, subscribed, called.... At AgileCRM you are not able to create campaings in AgileCRM anymore. When you now try to create a new campaign for a specific target group, you have to export your target audience from AgileCRM into the 500bads... erm.. 500apps and create your campaingn there, with no ability to sync results back to AgileCRM. Are they got crazy? They are still offering things on their page, which are definitely not available anymore, they are simply shut down. It's really, really sad what they have done to themself and are still doing. You can watch how they destroy their state-of-the-art project to a stunted no-name project. No one knows why... I know the world is got crazy these times, but how can you do that AgileCRM?

For people searching for a mature project I highly suggest you to have a look to a more stable product like "ActiveCampaign", "Zoho", "User.com", "sendinblue", "close.com" or similar. Go and create your free account at AgileCRM and 500apps, but first read what they are offering on their Website and then try to find that features in the SaaS itself. Unbelievable, I still cannot get it.

I will delete this post if AgileCRM is going back to "normal", but if not everyone should know what's happening there.

**Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM:**

Be aware that they are migrating their customers from a mature product into a beta product, without warning you.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OUTDATED, NOT TRUE ANYMORE: Full-service platform for CRM, Helpdesk, customer chat, call-center, Campaign management, pop-ups, Email forms, Customer care, and many more...

 ### 6. Paid Version breaks and has many errors

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris F. | Entrepreneur, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

I start using AgileCRM because it felt flexible and had many features I wanted

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

Mostly that they don't let you go and keep on charging money when you want to stop the paid subscription. You cannot deactivate your license unless they decide too. An illegal practise. Shame on you!

Next to that, certain features were not active for the free version so we upgraded to the paid version. Once starting to use emails in a campaign many bugs surfaced and hidden features you need to run the campaigns are not active (without telling) so you need to update again to a higher plan. I spend hours and hours with their support to just get an alert working if someone opened the campaign. I am sure they did hard coding to make it work because next run did not work again.

Long story. Cheap is expensive in this case and all the bugs are not worth trying. See also post from previous reviewer in 2022.

No go area. Feel they are unplugging soon so find alternatives.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I spend most of my time solving their bugs instead of my prospects business problems. No benefits that I cannot get with a spreadsheet.

 ### 7. Very good entry level CRM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

Easy to add contacts whether manually or automatically as they fill in forms on site. And it is good for simple marketing needs.pricing is very less compare to other crm applications.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

The Email builder realy needs an open HTML secrion to allow us to easily embed code in pur emails and builder tool should improve felxibility and looks nice if we can work within the parameters.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is very good for basic marketing and sales and inline with the agile project management methodology and it is targeted at small and medium sized businesses.compare to salesforce and pipedrive.

 ### 8. Don't do it!

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2022

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

We used to like the low price. Since different features now break every week, however, this CRM system would not be worth it even if it were free. Literally, it has become a total disaster.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

Sending mass emails doesn't work and the promised date for a fix came and went. The calendar link function used to work but suddenly broke months ago and has never been fixed. If you log in from a different location, their system will tell you it is sending a confirmation code but it will never arrive... the "solution" is simply to disable this security feature. The "integration" with O365 is spotty. And speaking of integrations, there are almost none. Downloading of reports is inflexible and very limited. For instance, can I download a report of which contacts opened our last email? Nope. Lots of basic stuff like this can only be viewed on screen.

All in all, AgileCRM is just totally out of date. so much so that it literally feels like their business may be on borrowed time. We are canceling and moving to a new CRM at month's end (won't say which one b/c I don't want people to think this is a competitor just writing an ad). Last thing: don't cancel until you're ready to move because you lose access right away. Yes, that's correct: rather than mainting access through the month you've already paid for, you'll be cut off immediately. Literally everything about this CRM tool is antiquated. Go someplace else for a CRM tool -- literally anywhere else.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Look, we just wanted a CRM that could manage our contacts, plus add a few extra features like forms for lead capture, maybe a little marketing functionality, too. At first it was okay but as we have grown, Agile just simply hasn't kept up (and trust me, our needs are not that complex). Now that features are routinely breaking it has become a total liability. Implementing a new CRM is a huge pain but we just couldn't stay with Agile.

 ### 9. agile CRM overiview

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nawaz S. | System Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

its ability to integrate with different stream of servies like sales, marketing, SEO etc

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

its a bit hard to understand for a first timer and requires an experts help and its little bit slow in response

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

its the platoform we use for order management and order creation and its good at it

 ### 10. Good CRM tool!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley S. | Wordpress Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

"It's a very simple to use sale automation software which allows our sales team to access the sales data easily. Scheduling is much easier since the use. Allows all team members to quickly catch up on what the progress and the client interactions by reading through the emails that have been sent previously. Customer support is excellent, we have seen excellent progress sicne the use.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

There are lots of opportunities for this software to be a lot better than it is. There are simple issues, like when you export a list, the FIRSTNAME and LASTNAME fields are combined and can't be separated. Not many integrations but you can do a lot with custom API.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can listen back and when I follow up, know exactly what's going on. The customization of sales deals, automation of tasks and roles, forecasting sales, deal customization, even the organization of smart lists, and yeilding reports is more accessible now.

 ### 11. Clean Interface - Many "extras" available on the free tier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon P. | Hobbiest, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2021

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

It made me want to import and enter in client data - something about the layout and interface said, "synchronize all your stuff to here, this should be the master list."

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

On the contacts list there isn't a search box. What? Scroll through the alphabetical list or filter by something else like date added or company name and then scroll through that list? How can a search box not be the first feature in a CRM?

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like the ease with which I can add custom fields and deal names and link 1 deal to multiple contacts. There is a lot here that was missing on other CRMs I have tried. Also email templates. Also a scheduling calendar that redirects from calendar.mydomain.com really useful stuff.

 ### 12. CRM often doesn't work, and Tech Support will ignore your request for help

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven B. | Head of Operations and Chief Writer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2016

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

If it actually worked, the lay out is easy enough to use. But often your emails aren't received by your customers resulting in loss of sales and embarrassment for your business.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

Often emails aren't received by your customers resulting in loss of sales and embarrassment for your business. Tech support will ignore your requests for help. It's really pathetic, they treat you with utter contempt. There's no excuse for why the CRM doesn't work or why they treat their customers so poorly.

**Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM:**

It looks good, but fails to work and the customer support will dry up once you actually need them to do something for you.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This CRM is constantly giving me problems simply because it doesn't work. I am wasting so much time with Agile trying to get them to make it work. It used to work. Progressively over 2020 & 2021, it got worse.

 ### 13. Very good marketing automation and sales tool.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sumit K. | Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 19, 2022

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

I like its interface. User interface is very friendly. Easy navigation and very easy to manage the front-end.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

There is nothing to dislike any. No negative feedback from my side.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its automate the marketing and sales and enable to track your goals and revenue.

 ### 14. CRM that has a Free Landing Page Builder

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Saprative J. | Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2022

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

AgileCRM is great for a project that is not generating any revenue
* Its a Free CRM
* Free Website Builder
* Support is active even if you are using their free tire.
* Has most of the Hubspot important paid features for free.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

In one world AgileCRM lacks quality. Just of elaborate
* Buggy Software, I mean really buggy. It looks like a beta software
* Too many features but none implemented well
* Lacks the premium look bad UI
* Unreliable system ( online form builder sometimes work and sometimes done not )

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The only reason I still using AgileCRM is that it gives me a free landing page builder that has no restriction and is automatically connected to the CRM. Almost all other feature is available for free with the other venders.

 ### 15. Great end-to-end CRM tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kunal C. | Technical Program Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2022

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

AgileCRM is the best end-to-end CRM tool out there. It is straightforward to use, and even a non-technical person can get started with this quickly. The advanced analytics and metrics, along with reporting, are excellent and better than other competitors.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

I think everything is good but the Social media marketing, email marketing and digital marketing features is not very intuitive. Automatically sending personalised messages doen't work sometimes.

**Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM:**

I think its very easy to use. You can just go for it.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using this for the purpose of Social Media Marketing campaigns, and We are also using email marketing and digital marketing. Reposting and analytical feature is very good also.

 ### 16. Very useful all in one CRM with great API

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2019

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

The ease of using the tool, the multitude of features present and and level of customization available. We have been able to link our email to Agile for conditionally updating the contacts and related deals, which made our life extremely easy. Setting up automated campaigns (Called campaigns under Marketing and Automation under Sales), is very easy and efficient. The great API makes it easy to sync other tools such as calendly

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

The interface is terribly slow most of the times. The support is less than adequate. And one big disadvantage for us is that there are no ways to filter deals based on contacts (that is, there is no direct connect between contacts and related deals, in the deals page). .

**Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM:**

This is in-fact a good enough CRM that will help you in setting up you sales and marketing automation. All of our contact forms are synced with this and setting up Auto Responders was a piece of cake. In fact, this CRM was good enough for me to try implementing the same to my personal website as well.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We primarily use to to stay informed of the leads in the pipeline and to track their progress upto conversion (or loss), as the case may be. Using this has streamlines our sales processes.

 ### 17. The platform is OK, tech support is terrible, email deliverability is poor

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2021

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

The campaigns automation features are good and it is easy to create workflows.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

Their tech support is one of the worst I've ever seen. There are only two techs in the team that never resolve anything. Two weeks ago, in the middle of a large campaign, the platform stopped sending emails. Tech support said this would be resolved in 4 hours, two weeks later the problem persists and there is no estimate date for a fix. We had other issues that required tech support during these approximately two years using Agile and similar responses were received.
There is no customer success manager or anybody in charge of your account, even for paying customers like us. Email care@ and hope somebody will answer. Nobody picks up the phone. 100% of the time you get a voicemail and rarely a call back. I never managed to escalate my issues, including the complicated ones. I was always told to wait for an eventual solution.
There is no way to export all the data put on the CRM, only contacts, nothing else so you are locked with them.
Their email deliverability is poor, not sure why. And statistics on deliveries, clicks, etc sometimes disappear with no reason and are never populated.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use the CRM to track contacts and to create workflows of campaigns tracking email opens, clicks, engagement, etc.

 ### 18. Smooth Operations and Support dashboard

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Udit N. | Vice President, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

- The Dashboard's design is minimalistic, which is exactly what a user wants. It helps the user to comprehend the Ui better.

- Form creatuon is smooth and the collation of data is easier post a survey

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

- Nothing encountered yet that can be dislikedx about this product. However, the pricing is a bit costly for the enterprise edition.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Employee Survey is one of the biggest problems we are solving through Agile crm right now. Previous our organization used Google Forms and the gathering of results post a survey wasn't smooth.

 ### 19. All In One Tool for Your Service

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

I like how I can do almost everything with Agile.

From lead generation to client portal.

It's just really amazing to have a tool that you can use all throughout in your business.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

The UI needs fixing. There are some contents and items that don't need to be there but are in those areas.

The team should reevaluate the different categories and sections in the app so that to make sure that everything is what customers need.

Likewise, it'd be easier for them.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My systems and processes are all over the place. Agile was highly regarded by one of our mentors so I took my chance and tried it.

Having an all one tool saves a lot of headaches. And technically, I love it.

 ### 20. Great integrated CRM solution for Marketing, Sales and contact service

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen C. | Agile Coach and Scrum Master, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 07, 2021

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

It is a tremendous integrated suite. It is end to end with lots of automated features that manage all parts of the customer journey, making process optimisation easy. This also makes it easy to scale as the business grows.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

It's a pretty niche/small company. It means that you soon get to know most people in the org. Support seems to be split between Texas, USA, Manilla, Philipines and India. It is a solution for smaller businesses rather than for large corporations.

**Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM:**

Very easy to implement. Get environment sizing correct.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CRM is used for Sales, contact services and marketing. My client used this for marketing their products and measuring their effectiveness. It was a smooth implementation and the tool works very well.

 ### 21. Agile CRM experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Varun K. | Webmethods Administrator / SRE, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

Automated features, adding contacts are very easy, reports.
The free version is there to understand much better with hands on experience.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

It would be better if customisation improves ,better guidance like tutorials or documentations

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project management, service tasks, help desk

 ### 22. Best CRM in market...

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Market Research | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 05, 2022

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

Excellent case management throughout different scenario, managing the customer is very good and great tracking feature of transactions. I really love it's automation process.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

Limitation in features like sales enabling, sales force automation, less user friendly in nature and UI is not great. If the features is getting updated regularly, then it will be good.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using Agile CRM to do sales automation and enabling . This is very helpful and efficient tool . Overall, I loved and pretty much satisfied with my experience.

 ### 23. No longer working as advertised. AVOID

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bill S. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 04, 2022

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

No longer going to need to pay for this service.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

The fact that they no longer support the product and I put a lot of time and effort into creating campaigns and tools that I now need to port to another CRM system.

**Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM:**

Don't bother with Agile CRM any longer.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No longer solving problems with Agile CRM. The benefits were great but those are now no longer working and when I ask, they do not give a time frame for restoring all the tools.

 ### 24. An Incredible Platform Indeed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan P. | Marketer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2021

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

It is easy to navigate; it may be difficult to understand how it works at first but after you got it. It's a smooth sail.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

Nothing did face issues at first, to be honest, but with support's help, I was able to resolve it.

**Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM:**

Use it, but it will take a few days to get accustomed. Don't worry; it will in time. It's a great and easy CRM to use.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simply easy to import leads and keep track of responses to emails, calls with our clients is the most beneficial.

 ### 25. Agile is Cheap but Their Support is Horrendous

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex D. | Marketing Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2021

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

Agile is cheap and customizable (lots of tools like email, push notifications, etc.). However, those are really the only two things it has going for it.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

So much! Agile CRM is clunky, slow, has a lot of bugs -- and worst of all, their customer support is horrible. I've reached out 5 times to deal with one problem, without a solution. Terrible follow up too.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agile was the cheap CRM we needed as a little startup to save money and store client info but we are getting a system with better support as soon as we can afford it.

 ### 26. Used to be a good CRM. Now we are looking to switch.

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amit M. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 28, 2021

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

Cost: It is much cheaper than other products

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

Bugs: The company is pushing their new product, so they are not maintaining AgileCRM. There are large issues that have not been fixed. It has become unusable.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used it for campaigns. We are trying to use it for marketing automation but the bugs are preventing that. We cannot do something as simple as track clicks anymore.

 ### 27. Similar to Windchill

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

I've used other programs, and I have to say I enjoy using Agile more for documentation purposes. It's easier to look up documents and data in Agile vs other programs I've used.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

I only wish it looked better or had some areas with better font styles so that it's more clear however it does the job, and not everything needs to look pretty all the time. I do wish it looked a bit more colorful.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

looking up BOM' s and documentations for manufacturing and purchase orders

 ### 28. Nice little CRM, does a lot, and at a decent price

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angelo S. | Owner/Creative Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2021

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

Agile has been built with a focus on the needs of solopreneurs and small businesses. It's customizable, cost-effective for entrepreneurs who want their CRM system to have all the bells and whistles that they need - not just limited features provided by other similarly priced products out there. Their system could track emails sent from outside of the platform, which was great for a client of mine that I suggested Agile to.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

The UI could use some improvement and there is a bit of a learning curve - I would like to see something more innovative, combining what's on contact records with the company or financial details in one easy view.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agile was the first CRM that I really used. I had an account with HubSpot before Agile, and it seemed overwhelming. While Agile has a learning curve, it felt easier for me to use. Agile was the first CRM that I really dug into to utilize for my business, and it ended up working great. I suggested it to a couple of other clients/friends of mine eventually. I needed a simple system to keep track of my leads and customers, and Agile provided that. I could make the setup as easy as I needed.

Escalation along with the notification.
Segregation of targeted audience.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

Support some time we received late, back-office support need to improvise.
The pricing structure needs to optimize.

**Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM:**

Use it as per your requirement you will love it

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Account management is improvised.
Call support management.
The good facility of data archives and rollback.
B2B lead generation is easy by using it.
Identification and segregation of user and as per targeted audience we could be to target.
Good exercise for 10-100 employee company to explore basic feature and try to implement in large scale.
Automatic respond boot is a good feature that will reduce the load in rest resourses.
We tried to explore appointment management also but still need to go through details by elementary experience its very good as compare to rest product available in market

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

It's the best platform to engage with customers and increase our relations with them, to increase and manage our sales.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

As a multitenant environment, it has few limitations but overall it's best.

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

Good and user friendly interface. Integrates well with other software. Easy to use

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

Very slow compared to its competitors. Expensive. Not many knowledge articles available. Customer service needs to be improved. Hard to add contacts and custom fields

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not much. Used it only for 2 months. Like its competitors better than agile crm

 ### 32. Easy to use and Great support experience!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isha S. | Business Automation and Transformation Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

Easy to set up for everyone in the team.
Great email integration with Google Apps and Microsoft exchange.
Tracking all the new prospects and doing regular follow-ups through automation is the best part.
Smooth customer support experience to all the end-users.
Email reporting is easy to track CTR open rate, Growth Reports and Custom Reports Etc.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

More knowledge base articles on their site would make us using the campaign feature more effectively.
UI needs little changes for a better UI experience.
The newsletter part is a bit Bunglesome compared to dedicated services like MailChimp or Sendgrid.
A little bit expensive for smaller-scale operations.
CRM needs to improve the testing and preview options for the different campaigns as per the segments.

**Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM:**

Easy to setup and use.
Great customer support.
Features are really great and functionality is too good.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing entire marketing and sales lifecycles more efficiently.
Keep track of all the prospects and reaching out to them in a timely manner is saving a lot of time.
Streamlined the complete process for the support team and sales team.
Customers are getting more convinced to turn their inquiries into purchases once they are getting timely responses.

 ### 33. Not a great experience

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** D H. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2021

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

Nothing at all. I was extremely disappointed.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

They did not explain the SIP trunking requirements until after you sign up. Then they get you to pay a bit more to add the functionality and in the end it still doesn't work. The other integrations I used were also useless. You have to wait weeks for them to finally arrange a welcome call and by then you are already totally over it. Such a shame as we were so excited to use this cloud based service to in the end be left out of pocket and would never use them or recommend them. Even the cancellation procedure is difficult. I hate to say it but it seems the business model is to get people to sign up then get them to pay more and make it difficult to leave rather than genuinely being marketing leading CRM as they advertise themselves. We are so very disappointed.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This questions would be better:

What problems did you have with this product and how did they not solve any of them?

 ### 34. Good to use

 ### 36. Great multi-faceted CRM and Inbound marketing tool

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott M. | Founder, Director, Education Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2017

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

There are multiple inbound marketing tools out there, but the vast majority are far beyond the budget of a small start-up like myself. AgileCRM has all the major features of inbound marketing tools that are often many times more expensive or available only on multiple platforms. All of it in a single dashboard interface.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

Not everything has the best interface, but that is okay considering the price.

**Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM:**

Great product for the price, those new to inbound marketing.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inbound marketing, content marketing, CRM and sales support.

 ### 37. Agile CRM the solution that effectively manages customer data

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2021

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

Agile CRM is a solution that is responsible for managing customer relationships with a cloud backend, offering tools such as contact management, marketing automation, project management, telephony tools, thus enabling users to manage customer data. Agile CRM also has email reporting that works seamlessly to track on such growth reports

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

Within Agile CRM I tend to dislike several functions but without any doubt the one that mainly influences is the lack of articles that grant the knowledge to in this way give way to all the functions that this tool possesses, just like the interface needs an update where the same is more elegant

**Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM:**

It is a good CRM solution managing to optimize various channels for the benefit of companies of any size, so I want to fully recommend the operation and implementation of Agile CRM

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We mainly implemented Agile CRM because of the way it tracks visitors within our website so that then a comprehensive analysis of the behavior that these users generated within the platform is performed. We also use the tool that is responsible for maintaining automated marketing so that this way multiple functions of workers are simplified and can use their time for other issues within the company. Agile CRM has generated a great positive impact within our company because it has several functions that we were missing such as keeping synchronized and integrated various functions to keep backed up customer data this has integrations with Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 that provide multiple benefits

 ### 38. Highly risky

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fabien A. | CEO

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2021

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

Simple & affordable. We used this as it seemed easy to start.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

UI is old fashionned. Many bugs. Now, all our database is locked for 3 weeks and we cannot not dowload it - highly risky provider.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are more creating new problems than solving problems.

 ### 39. Agile CRM the platform for sales and marketing automation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2021

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

Agile CRM is one of the most effective and powerful platforms for sales, marketing and service. it has a great ability to handle data and order actions automatically and eliminates information gaps to a great extent, the leading features of this software are its interface that connects sales, social media marketing and customer service in one place, the customer relationship management system is very good as it has features to add contacts, custom fields, tags and more that allow you to classify customers, seamless integration with applications like Skype and Facebook and lastly it has a great ability to build marketing campaigns from scratch

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

It is a software loaded with features and does not have enough tutorials especially for the more advanced ones for this reason the learning curve we find it really high, in trend analysis it is a bit deficient, the technical service is poor and its response time is very long, the collaboration tools are insufficient so it is difficult to work as a team and finally the task management does not generate real time updates.

**Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM:**

I recommend Agile CRM because it is a software full of features and systems that will quickly improve all your sales, marketing and service processes, has a highly intuitive interface with a great ability to manage contacts, has many integrations and cost fits perfectly to the purchasing power of small and medium enterprises which is one of the most important features of this software

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Agile CRM to optimize our sales processes as it generates high level sales reports with which we are able to know the behavior of our prospective customers these analytics also greatly increases our chances of achieving a sale, it has solved our online appointment scheduling problems as it has a very intuitive interface that schedules appointment according to calendar, business hours, meeting type and advanced, we solved contact management problems as Agile CRM handles everything and with great accuracy this includes adding contacts, customizable fields, tags, mass actions, calendar synchronization and offers.

 ### 40. Great for Small Business staring up

**Reviewed by:** William M. | Sr Strategic Sourcing Manager, Operations and Functional Excellence, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2021

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

I liked how many categories there were to define a lead or a contact.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

I think the interface could be upgraded.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The automated features did not always work. This was a great first step for my company.

 ### 41. Expect a great product for a small business

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joel M. | Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

I love how you can tag and filter contacts so easily and market to the right audience. The integrations are also excellent.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

It feels like it's stagnant—no recent product improvements. The built-in marketing tool is terrible, and the SendGrid integration throws all campaigns into junk folders. Mailchimp integration would resolve this.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organic contact marketing outreach. Emails appear to the recipient as very intentional.

 ### 42. Agile CRM ease of use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2021

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

It's easy to input new contacts and create reports.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

it's not as flashy or intuitive as some of the other competitors

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am managing my sales pipeline, keeping my contacts organized, creating lists and reports etc

 ### 43. Amazingly affordable CRM for small businesses

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kriti S. | Marketing Communications Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2021

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

Affordability and simplicity of the tool. Also the LinkedIn widget.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

Things break sometimes but their customer service team is always there to help

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed an affordable CRM tool which was also simple to use.

 ### 44. Seems to underperform; not as promised

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2021

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

I like how you can assign tasks to other users with great ease, as well as all of the automations that are possible. Customer service is decent but they often can’t fix the problems.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

Automations are clunky, ,often fail. Email integration has issues with Google - it is not as promised.

**Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM:**

Without an accurately functioning email integration, you really lose a lot or ROI on this CRM. I would make sure the glitches with Google/gmail have been resolved before moving forward.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to send automated emails to customers after they complete certain actions on our website; this saves us time in terms of follow up.

 ### 45. Some powerful features but unreliable

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sally H. | Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

We used Agile CRM primarily for email marketing. Email marketing automations are very flexible. Flowchart oriented automations are easy to design. We found this capability to be significantly better than most of the email marketing tools we researched, including small business market leaders Constant Contact and MailChimp. This was the main reason we chose AgileCRM.

Contact management was very good...again, better than Constant Contact or MailChimp. It was easy to work with contacts and to sort and filter them in different ways.

API was flexible and able to do all we needed to integrate with our user management system.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

Email campaigns were not reliable. Too many instances of campaigns that we determined had not been sent as expected, only to hear from support "Oh, that was our fault, it got bogged down in our server." We could not count on the campaigns just working all the time.

Support was only helpful at a superficial level. We could get help on some small problems, but on other problems, we would get replies like "We have forwarded this to our executives and will be back in touch." But they would not get back in touch. Support didn't always seem to understand or even thoroughly read our requests. If a support request asked 4 questions, only 1 would be answered.

Some features just didn't work in the ways you would hope or expect. For example, in an email drip campaign, there was no way to find out open rates on individual emails, only open rates on the campaign as a whole (if any email was opened, but not which ones).

Reporting was very limited. For example, you could not get any cross campaign reporting on contacts who had unsubscribed like "Give me a list of all contacts who have unsubscribed with the list of campaigns they have unsubscribed from". In looking at contact detail, you could not see which campaigns they had unsubscribed from. Reporting of other kinds was often frustrating and limited.

Email templates that were supposed to be responsive were only sort of responsive. We had lots of issues with emails that didn't look right on different browsers and devices. These are issues that we don't have with MailChimp (which we switched to). Also, designing emails was fairly cumbersome and frustrating. You have to choose Save in 2 to 3 places to actually get an email and a campaign to save. It was easy to lose your work if you weren't careful.

The user interface for campaign management was messy and didn't work as expected. It was very easy to wipe out all the data associated with a campaign if you tried to make a copy of a campaign. Several times, the process to make a copy and then save it wiped out the original campaign losing months of data that could not be recovered. Even after working with AgileCRM for 2 years, it was too easy to wipe things out by mistake and never be completely sure why it had happened.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used AgileCRM for 2 years to handle all our email marketing. We were able to have some complex campaign automations that were relatively easy to build. We invested a fair amount of development time in building an integration with our user management system, so had a commitment to use AgileCRM. But ultimately, it was too unreliable for us to continue using it. We couldn't count on campaigns going on as expected and it threatened our business. Sadly, we had to duplicate the integration development work for another system so we could switch away from AgileCRM. This was painful for our small business.

**Official Response from Prajakt K:**

> Hi Sally,
Thanks for your response. Our support team has been trying to reach you for a while, but we were unable to connect. Hence, we took some time to reply.
We are glad that you like email automation in Agile CRM. It is indeed a great feature loved by many of our customers. Flowchart orientation and contact management are also advanced email automation features that make super-targeted email marketing effortless.
We regret that you faced issues while sending out email campaigns. Please understand that it is a very rare issue and might happen due to unforeseeable circumstances and any specific campaign design settings. Nevertheless, email marketing with Agile CRM is quite easy with several advanced features like campaign nodes, social suite, web rules, etc.
Also, we want to offer a proper resolution to each and every issue; hence, some of the support queries may take longer to respond depending on the scope and complexity. Although we make sure to get back to all our customers as soon as possible.
We understand that you were not very happy with some of the features like drip campaign, reporting and email templates. The features in Agile CRM are driven based on the feedback from the customers. Sometimes, the said features are available and only need some help in discovering them. We have noted your comments and will try to incorporate them in the next product rollout. At Agile CRM, we constantly strive to offer the most advanced features at an economic price that help small businesses work like the #Fortune500.
Although saving campaigns and emails individually might be a cumbersome process, it is done to keep both the entities separate so that they can be used individually in the future. If you have any challenges in using the product, you can always take advantage of multiple training and onboarding sessions available at your predisposal.
Thanks

 ### 46. The Agile CRM automation is very advanced

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2020

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

Agile CRM contains different modules through its working platform. This software contains online courses and you can be instructed with all the help provided. It contains the option to create tasks and sub-tasks, the modalities are very well organized. They have a very prepared support team and are available almost all the time for any question or training. The software is cheaper than many CRM software on the market at this time. The management is very well equipped with many templates and triggers

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

There are functions that still need work, such as the scaled system. You need a good previous handling of CRM programs to be able to use Agile CRM properly, otherwise you will not get a good performance with all its functions, but the good thing is that it offers many complete and extensive courses. No social network integrations with CRM software.

**Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM:**

There is very little to recommend, so far I have had good experiences. They can change and improve functions in the basic software package, for example the fact that marketing campaigns do not have limited packages anymore

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer surveys are easy to create and provide us with important information about them for our strategies. We can record call sessions and archive them within the platform. We can use Agile CRM from mobile devices and it has been very stable, a feature that not all CRM software has mastered. We have increased productivity in the sales and marketing modules

Organizing our contacts before we even have a chance to answer their call is amazing. Never forget a lead again!

**Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM:**

It is one of the best CRM for small businesses. Its customer support is very good. It is easy to set up and easy to use.

 ### 49. Agile CRM is a modern software for sales strategies

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

The interface is comfortable to use, all tools are well managed, and it has a modern yet simple design. The monthly fee is cheap and accessible to everyone. It has many options in the marketing items: dynamic content, customer surveys, subscriber management and model management. It has a very complete and efficient software for automatic calls that has elements such as call recording and call scheduling

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

The task management does not have important options such as: Gantt view, task table view and spreadsheet view. There are tools in which a lot of previous training is needed because the functions are not so ordered. With the basic package you can only get a limited package of marketing campaigns

**Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM:**

There should be the possibility to access from the cell phone to the CRM software and also to have the option of integration with social networks. Create a tool to analyze budgets and offers. Create more integrations to programs like Quickbook. The scaled system can be improved a bit more

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped us to organize our sales thanks to the built-in sales tracking tool. Our employees have learned how to use the software thanks to the online training as it has web seminars designed for training. Recurring task management is implemented by our users and they also create sub-tasks to complete the information
