AgentSync is a Salesforce native tool and automates license renewals for our agents and entities. It is easy for our agents to use from a self-serve perspective and easy for our admins to stay on top of licensing status and run reports. AgentSync also offers a professional service offering that is a key component of our compliance program and helps us stay ahead of our compliance obligations and changing requirements. This tool automates business processes that are set by state insurance regulators. There are still a few automation gaps because some of the states require activities (like fingerprints or manual checks for fees) that can't be automated through a software platform.
