My favorite aspect of AgentSync is that I don't have to worry about whether or not we are in compliance with our licensing. I can easily see how we are doing by looking at the dashboard and our rep Holli is always 3 steps ahead of us being proactive about renewals and changes to the law. We don't have to be on top of changes to the law, fees, or renewals because AgentSync already handles it. I spend at least 80% least time on licensing than I would have without AgentSync. AgentSync is a wonderful tool for managing your Agency's licensing needs. They have a variety of reports, dashboards, and functions that make it easy to manage. You also have the ability to assign Scorecards that determine which states and LOAs an individual needs if the licensing needs are different across the organization. There wasn't anything that I really disliked about AgentSync. The only thing that I would say that is a little challenging in the beginning is learning the system, the different dashboards and reports that are available. What problems is AgentSync solving and how is that benefiting you? AgentSync is used to manage our Agency licensing. I over see the insurance licenses at my organization and AgentSync has created a compliant, error proof means of tracking all 100+ employees that goes right to the NIPR source. New York State, which is my organization's domiciled state isn't on the sytem that interacts directly with NIPR so it has been challenging at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is AgentSync solving and how is that benefiting you? Renewal reminders and CE completion has always been a bit of a challenge for me. Its like herding cats. AgentSync is a huge time saver for us helping get and maintain different state licenses for our company. Once everything is set up a new license can be applied for in a click of a button. Only syncing with NIPR and not Sircon can be frustrating when dealing with a large variety of states but we are lucky that it doesn't come up as an issue very often. Both the Salesforce platform and the AutoPilot solution definitely work as advertised and help make licensing and renewals as automated as possible (given there are still some manual processes due to state specific variations).
