"A Powerful Platform for Building and Automating Business Solutions"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Platform?

One of the things I like most is how Salesforce continues to add AI-powered capabilities and low-code tools that help businesses become more efficient. Features like Flow automation, Agentforce, and improved integration options make it easier to automate repetitive tasks and streamline business processes. I also appreciate the platform's flexibility, as it allows organizations to customize applications, build scalable solutions, and integrate with other business systems while maintaining strong security and governance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Platform?

While Salesforce Headless 360 Platform is a powerful and flexible platform, there are a few areas where it could improve. The licensing and pricing can be complex, especially for small and mid-sized businesses. Some advanced features also have a steep learning curve for new users. Additionally, simplifying the setup and configuration of certain integrations and providing more built-in reporting and debugging capabilities would make the platform even easier for administrators and developers to use. "The perfect CRM, grows with you according to your needs"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Platform?

Building onto my previous review, since that AI has been emerging. The CRM system, containing valuable data has become more important, and especially in combination with using AI tools such as GPT and Claude. The ease of integration stands out for Salesforce, and it's importance as has been highlighted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Platform?

Perhaps they already offer this, and we're not using it yet, but having a functionality were AI highlights missing information for customers/prospects/accounts would be very interesting, especially if it ties actions to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"review for the salesforce"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Platform?

One of the most exciting updates to Salesforce Headless 360 Platform is its API-first, AI-ready approach. By exposing core platform capabilities through APIs and Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools, developers can build applications and AI agents that interact with Salesforce without relying on the traditional user interface. I also like the new Headless Experience Layer, which lets organizations reuse the same business logic across web, mobile, Slack, and AI-powered experiences while maintaining centralized security and governance. This makes the platform more flexible, scalable, and well-suited for modern, intelligent applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Platform?

Salesforce Headless 360 Platform could be improved by making onboarding and setup simpler for developers who are new to headless architecture and AI integrations. While its capabilities are powerful, the learning curve can be steep. More guided tutorials, streamlined configuration, and enhanced debugging tools would make it easier to adopt and help teams become productive more quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible, Scalable Platform for Custom Workflows, Automation, and Reporting"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Platform?

What I like most about Salesforce Platform is its flexibility and ability to adapt to different business processes. It provides a centralized place to manage data, build custom workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and create reports and dashboards without always requiring extensive development. The combination of Flow, customizable objects and fields, reporting, integrations, and AppExchange makes it possible to build solutions around specific business needs rather than forcing teams into a rigid system. It also scales well as processes become more complex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Platform?

The biggest challenge is the learning curve. With so many configuration options and features available, the platform can feel overwhelming for new users. Some customizations and troubleshooting also require a good understanding of Salesforce administration and its underlying data model. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Extremely Customizable Salesforce Platform Tailored to Our Needs"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Platform?

Salesforce is extremely customizable which makes it very easy to build a platform that is specific to our organization's needs. It also has so much information within it that you're bound to find a fix wherever you go. The interface also makes it very easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Platform?

Because it is so customizable, and there is so much you can do with it, it does make it hard to know where to go with things. There aren't easy ways to make it what you want, but it's not entirely complicated either. If you aren't a developer, it can be hard to find simple fixes for things that shouldn't need so much research. I wish there was a part of the platform that made it easy to understand it more. Like direct links to Trailblazer specific articles or badges depending on what page you are on within the platform. This would be mostly helpful for setup because there are so many spots in set up you can go to and edit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Low-Code Platform That Scales and Unifies Customer Data"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Platform?

What I like best about the Salesforce Platform is its flexibility and low-code/no-code capabilities, which enable teams to build, automate, and scale business processes quickly. For Canyon Bicycles, the platform provides a strong foundation for integrating customer, sales, service, and commerce data while supporting custom applications and automation. This helps accelerate delivery of new business capabilities, improve operational efficiency, and adapt to evolving business needs with minimal technical overhead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Platform?

One drawback of the Salesforce Platform is that, as organizations grow and implement more customizations, integrations, and automation, managing complexity can become challenging. For Canyon Bicycles, ensuring consistent governance across multiple teams, environments, and business processes requires ongoing effort. Additionally, platform limits, deployment dependencies, and troubleshooting across interconnected systems can sometimes slow down delivery and increase maintenance overhead. Improved simplicity around administration, monitoring, and cross-cloud debugging would enhance the overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"so far so good"
4/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Platform?

I like how customizable Salesforce is and how easily it can be adapted to different business processes. We use it as a central platform for sales, contracts, project information, reporting, and integrations with other systems. The automation capabilities, custom objects, workflows, dashboards, and integrations make it possible to reduce manual work and keep information consistent across multiple departments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Platform?

The biggest challenge is that Salesforce can become very complex as you add more features and integrations. Troubleshooting issues between Salesforce and products such as Microsoft 365, DocuSign, or Einstein Activity Capture can take a significant amount of time, and support does not always identify the root cause quickly. Some features also require additional licensing, configuration, or third-party assistance even when they seem like they should work out of the box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful flexible platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Platform?

The declarative tools (such as Flow and AIforce) let admins build sophisticated automation without writing code, while the platform still gives developers full access when custom logic is needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Platform?

The documentation hasn’t entirely caught up with the Agentforce products Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful, Customizable Core Platform for Automating Sales and Service"
4/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Platform?

We use Salesforce Headless 360 Platform as a core platform for managing and automating our business processes across sales, customer service, and other internal operations. We build custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Salesforce configuration to support different business requirements.

We also integrate Salesforce with multiple enterprise systems to enable seamless data exchange and automate processes across applications. The platform helps us manage customer and account information, opportunities, cases, reporting, dashboards, and workflow automation while allowing us to customize solutions as our business needs evolve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Platform?

One of the main challenges with Salesforce Platform is that it can become complex as the organization grows and more customizations, integrations, and applications are added. Maintaining custom code, Flows, permissions, and integrations requires strong governance and regular technical-debt management.

Another challenge is platform limits, such as governor limits, which sometimes require developers to redesign or optimize solutions. Troubleshooting complex automation and integrations can also be time-consuming, especially when multiple processes interact with the same data.

Additionally, licensing and add-on costs can become significant when organizations need advanced features or additional Salesforce products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Salesforce Platform is helps us run our Business from one Application"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Platform?

The platform has a super intuitive user interface. It's modern looking and fully customizable. Most changes can be made with your mouse, but you can extend it with custom code to pretty much do anything. You can keep adding more and more functionality on top without increasing your costs. The platform is the tool we use the most to run our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Platform?

Salesforce pricing is higher than other products. There are many niche products that serve a specific business purpose that are less expensive. Salesforce charge per user, which adds up as your business grows. External customer access is also per user, which can make it expensive to provide to small revenue customers.
