It keeps improving every single year. I feel like R&D team have reach the sweet spot in terms of providing innovative features for their customers. Strategically all the new platforms are getting better integrating with the existing Sales & Service Cloud platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce 360 Platform (formerly Salesforce Platform)?

I feel like if I don't upgrade orjump to the new platforms Sales and Service Cloud will soon get deprecated. Unfortunately not all clients can afford to move or switch to the new ones but if I don't , I feel like I'm loosing the opportunity to use the best AI features out there.
