AfterShip Returns Center was a great returns portal that we used for a couple years! The customer portal was user friendly and had great features, such as processing and automating returns requests, exchanges, and issuing refunds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AfterShip Returns Center?

That it is integrated with Shopify so it is an easy way to streamline manage all of our store's returns. The best thing about this platform is the ability to send labels directly to Canadian customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AfterShip Returns Center?

To send American return labels, we need to create a commercial invoice outside of the platform because the one integrated is not correct. We have to send out a separate email to our US customers to send labels. Whenever there are issues on return centre, the customer support is awful to deal with and they do not have quick or great answers because it seems like it's outsourced.
