What do you like best about Advanced Case Management?
The oppertunities that Advanced Case Management gave me include automtion of the routine activities. I am able to easily build woorkflows where certain activities occur based on the data entered into a case allowing me to focus on other elements of the case that require critical thinking. What do you dislike about Advanced Case Management?
Those workflows are auite flexible and the customization of those can be a bit tedious. this to and fro leads to delay most especially when one is handling special cases that require special attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
