## AdStage Reviews
  ### 1. Saves Time but a bit pricey.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily B. | Marketing Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2021

**What do you like best about AdStage?**

The reporting tool was amazing as it saved hours of creating reports and emailing them to clients.

**What do you dislike about AdStage?**

The integrations were a bit faulty. I would connect certain platforms (Google Analytics) and have no data from them despite triple-checking on my end to be sure I had done the process correctly.

**What problems is AdStage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reporting and efficiency in doing so. The white-label reports are a great feature and the template variety is extensive considering how new the platform is.

  ### 2. Adstage is great, but not for everything...

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2018

**What do you like best about AdStage?**

Automation of reports and setting up rules to guide system behaviour. Ability to create custom metrics, which has just been released, is a game-changer.

**What do you dislike about AdStage?**

Still some learnings to be done. Not as fluid as the native solutions, however, developments recently makes for great justification . AdStage focuses on where the money is, namely Facebook and Google, which makes sense, we are however a pure LinkedIn business so the total value was lost to us. It also seemed like the adoption of platform elements to the tool took longer than necessary. Finally, currency conversion proved a big problem for us.

**What problems is AdStage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Scaling of the business, using existing resources and optimising deployment
2. Utilising machine learning to automate some of the more repetitive tasks within LinkedIn
3. The ability to devest from time-consuming, yet relatively low reward activities

  ### 3. Adstage For Sheets Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2020

**What do you like best about AdStage?**

Extremely easy to pull account and campaign data into Google Sheets to manipulate at your pleasure. This makes it simple to create dashboards or even deep analysis reports of your data.

**What do you dislike about AdStage?**

It can be a little buggy and it takes a few days to learn the "language".

**Recommendations to others considering AdStage:**

Just do it. It's cheaper than its rivals and seems as fully featured.

**What problems is AdStage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Very quick access to campaign data - we use this to monitor KPIs. Budget pacing is now the easiest it has ever been for us. We've saved money on not having a custom dashboard built.

  ### 4. Highly useful metric wrangling machine!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Warren W. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2020

**What do you like best about AdStage?**

Porting in all our advertising through one platform has saved me days worth of work every month! Customer support has been amazing and easily one of the most reliable and responsive I've ever worked with.

**What do you dislike about AdStage?**

Some tables can take a while to populate... granted they're pinging multiple external data sources to gather the metrics, so not sure how much faster this can really get.

**What problems is AdStage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Internal reporting and budgeting has been my main focus. We're now able to semi-automate internal reporting on a daily basis.

  ### 5. One API Call Gets all Your Ad Data in an Universal Data Model

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric R. | Director of Analytics, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2019

**What do you like best about AdStage?**

We chose AdStage because of their robust Data API and great customer support staff. The automation of data sourcing allows us to focus on strategic insights, faster optimizations, and ultimately, better results for our clients. AdStage also offers the ability to do day parting for LinkedIn Campaigns which LInkedIn doesn't have in their platform. I also like that they are constantly staying on top of the market and offering different utilities such as Google Sheets and/or Google Data Studio offering.

**What do you dislike about AdStage?**

Would be great to have display vendor integrations such as awlogy or other paid media platforms such as quora and/or pinterest.

**Recommendations to others considering AdStage:**

It takes only minutes to sync your Ad Platform and see the immediate value of consolidating all your ad platform data into 1 view. On top of that you can set up alerts and automation rules to optimize your campaigns and share custom dashboard URLs to share with your clients.

I also would recommend taking advantage of both the AdStage Join product which connects CRM data and as well as their Offline Conversion Import utility.

**What problems is AdStage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BusinessOnline saved over 960 hours on reporting with AdStage's API and achieved up to 5X higher click-through rate for our clients on LinkedIn. We eliminated the manual repetitive process of having an Analyst go in and download data from LInkedIn to report on performance against other channels. See our Case Study https://www.adstage.io/resources/case-studies/business-online/

  ### 6. An Expensive Solution Still Working the Kinks Out

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** J.P. V. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2019

**What do you like best about AdStage?**

Being able to create custom metrics for your ad accounts and then base rules or alerts or widgets off those custom metrics is pretty useful. Want to know the combined cost for a Purchase on App or Website? Or maybe what the approximate gross profits for your campaigns are if you have 30% COGS? Boom.

**What do you dislike about AdStage?**

The platform is fairly new so new features are being added and bugs pop up. Maybe your rules will run, and maybe they won't. Maybe they'll switch the authorization token to a different user. Maybe your reports won't run as scheduled.

And if something does go wrong, better hope it's not on a Monday - because the team is slammed with tickets from the weekend and best case you'll hear back at the end of the day. Worst case? Talk tomorrow - hope it wasn't important!

**Recommendations to others considering AdStage:**

Given the price point, strongly evaluate what you're looking for AdStage to do. It's nice to have all the features in one place, but if you only need automation there are less expensive, more robust options out there. Same for Reporting.

**What problems is AdStage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AdStage was brought on in our agency to solve both client reporting and also account automation. While there were some cases where the benefits of having automation rules helped reduce busy work on the accounts (manual bid/budget changes), mostly it's actually created more work for us in terms of finding bugs, jury-rigging workarounds and trying to force it to be better at each component piece (Reporting, Automation).

  ### 7. Incredible asset for those in Paid Avertising

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vernon J. | Business Development Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2019

**What do you like best about AdStage?**

I work primarily in paid social advertising and it has been such an incredible tool for us. It saves so much time in custom exports and excels work. It also saves tons of times in sending reports to clients. Having something built out with 90% of what we need is such a huge value in allowing us to get back to optimizations and overall strategy.

We've implemented it across the agency and have heard resounding feedback on its helpfulness. We can end up spending a lot of time doing excel exports and pivots on data just to get insights on a specific campaign. Adstage helps us do this instantaneously and automatically whenever we need it.

Secondly, this has been a huge time save with clients. We are able to create templates, import clients into a template and customize that report for the client's needs. We can then have it sent on an ongoing basis sp they can view it as they need and we don't have to spend the time compiling it each time.

**What do you dislike about AdStage?**

It has a learning curve, but once you spend some time with it, the time you invested in learning will pay off in the long run.

**What problems is AdStage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reporting. Client agendas.

  ### 8. Useful Tool

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deanna S. | Client Success Specialist, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2019

**What do you like best about AdStage?**

The variety of reporting widgets across different platforms

**What do you dislike about AdStage?**

AdStage can be a littly clunky - having to add accounts, then make them "turned on", and wait for them to sync before you can setup/create any dashboard.

**Recommendations to others considering AdStage:**

AdStage can be a helpful tool with automation of reporting for clients, as well as, creating rules for marketing campaigns. It is a newer tool that you can see them progressively rolling out updates and features to make it even better.

**What problems is AdStage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've used AdStage to share weekly dashboards to our clients as well as, running some automations for marketing campaigns

  ### 9. AdStage has made it very easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tucker Ferwerda F. | Digital Marketing Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2019

**What do you like best about AdStage?**

I love AdStage. The tool is great and all, but the team is so great. Margo seriously makes my job easier as a marketer and whenever I have issues she's right there as fast as she can to help out. AdStage has done a great job and making support easy and I look forward to their growth as a company.

**What do you dislike about AdStage?**

The reports have been buggy and draggy at times. For the price we're paying, I wish it was more reliant.

**Recommendations to others considering AdStage:**

Great tool for those who already have clients who need to cut down on time spent pulling reports for clients.

**What problems is AdStage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't have to pull reports on a monthly basis for a lot of my clients because it already syncs to what we're doing.

  ### 10. AdStage Google Sheets - A Solid Product!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2020

**What do you like best about AdStage?**

Simple product + amazing CSM support = solid customer experience!

**What do you dislike about AdStage?**

Sometimes the feed goes down, which means we cannot get reporting in real-time. It is usually fixed within 1 hour.

**What problems is AdStage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking ad spend by channel by country.

  ### 11. Best Third-Party Reporting System

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Spencer C. | Advertising Department Head, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2019

**What do you like best about AdStage?**

The simplest way to build reports for my ads clients. Sends out monthly on the first at 8 AM. Grabs stats info and update everything for me! Never have to worry about it.

**What do you dislike about AdStage?**

It would be helpful to receive an email notification when widgets are broken, I can get to the problem faster.

**Recommendations to others considering AdStage:**

Definitely try it out - you won't regret it!

**What problems is AdStage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves a LARGE chunk of my time! I set up the report and link the account to AdStage, and they do everything else for me! It is so helpful for our clients to feel like they are in the know of their stats, even if they don't understand what they are looking at.

  ### 12. Affordable Reporting Tool for Search and Social

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jillyn J. | Account Executive & Owner, Internet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2019

**What do you like best about AdStage?**

Finally - a tool that aggregates Google, Bing and Facebook without overcharging - it’s all we need, and nothing more.

**What do you dislike about AdStage?**

If I had to say something, it’s adding a field for “Monthly Budget” saved for each client. Seriously, I’ve found a workaround for everything though.. it’s simple and smart.

**Recommendations to others considering AdStage:**

This is a great tool to maintain nearly real-time visibility of performance and budget of multiple accounts.. and breakdowns (Eg folders) in the format you need to view to make ongoing changes.

**What problems is AdStage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Daily and weekly monitoring of account performance in the exact way I need to view it to take action. Updated information, including same day information to make quick decisions.

  ### 13. Sharing creative results with clients has never been so easy!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carlos P. | Account Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2019

**What do you like best about AdStage?**

Being able to share/show clients multiple creatives from multiple platforms has made my and my team's life 1000x easier. Not only can you dice and slice the data however is best suited for you but the data gets updated real time so results are always fresh.

**What do you dislike about AdStage?**

Not much outside of just not having all channels that our clients use yet available but this is just me being super picky

**What problems is AdStage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit has been the tremendous amount of time this platform has saved us. We went from pulling daily reports and creating pivots on excel to just having to create a dashboard one time and sharing data with clients any time. The biggest thing too is that the client can look at results whenever they want so they don't have to be reaching out to use to update data on different tests.

  ### 14. Love AdStage for Budget Pacing!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Claire C. | Paid Media Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2019

**What do you like best about AdStage?**

With 10+ paid social media clients, it's difficult to keep track of the #1 most important element: ad spend. AdStage makes this incredibly easy to create and share with team members using pacing reports.

**What do you dislike about AdStage?**

I really wish Pinterest was a connected platform! Pinterest is valuable to all of our partners and being able to connect those accounts would let us see the whole picture.

**What problems is AdStage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AdStage has helped look at paid social media spend and performance on a big-picture level. Every platform on its own has quality analytics, but being able to see metrics in one place is invaluable.

  ### 15. Paid Media Strategist

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2019

**What do you like best about AdStage?**

Reporting and automation features. Adstage allows us to aggregate multiple platform data sources in a very quick manner. It's great for getting a full view of our campaign data in one single report.
The automation features make it easier to manage many projects and optimize around CTRs, time of day and conversions.

**What do you dislike about AdStage?**

The platform needs better integration with Google Analytics and Display 360.
Marketo integration would be a game changer.
Better manipulation of the reporting features could also make the platform more appealing to more BI minded users.

**Recommendations to others considering AdStage:**

This can be a very convenient tool for ad agencies.

**What problems is AdStage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adstage is an easy campaign management tool for comprehensive paid campaigns running across multiple platforms, it allows us to stay on top of budgets and performance while giving a birds eye view to our campaign stakeholders.

  ### 16. "AdStage an amazingly ground-breaking detailing device!"

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas J. | Market Advertising Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2019

**What do you like best about AdStage?**

AdStage makes it simple to oversee crusades over a few unique stages offering a spotless dashboard to oversee, make and break down battles. We use and depend on the booking and standard based mechanization highlights of AdStage to enable us to oversee client Facebook Ad Accounts.Customer service is also outstanding and they are always releasing new features!

**What do you dislike about AdStage?**

Some distributed reports may look incredibly badly designed.

**Recommendations to others considering AdStage:**

In the event that you have a ton of reporting to do, at that point I suggest you use AdStage for it spares at any rate half of reporting time.

**What problems is AdStage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AdStage has helped us defeat the articulate absence of computerization and visual announcing abilities through paid online life promotions. With AdStage we can bring together campaign management and detailing capacities. AdStage enables us to be progressively proficient with our time and to be carefully precise with every customer needs, given our organization more trust in our dimension of administration, just as having the capacity to give helpful reports to customers.

  ### 17. Good program and interface

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ines G. | servidor e ingeniero en servicios sociales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2019

**What do you like best about AdStage?**

We use it to arrange every one of our information from various channels into one simple to utilize 'one stop shop' examination dashboard and reports. We have cautions set up for specific triggers all through our records and we use it to arrange month to month/quarterly reports. Client administration is additionally A+ and they are continually discharging new highlights!

**What do you dislike about AdStage?**

There are sure little bugs/entanglements we've revealed through our utilization of this item. Tastefully, it is decent to have the capacity to alter the shades of a portion of the report diagrams other than the defaults. The channels could be somewhat simpler to use than the specialized 'assuming at that point/must contain' explanations. In a perfect world there would simply be a drop down of record setup to choose or deselect certain adgroups rather than the present structure. Likewise somewhat more customization and division on the Global Summary Dashboard would be decent later on.

**What problems is AdStage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Uniting measurements and information crosswise over showcasing channels into one page/report.

  ### 18. Excellent Experience with Google Sheets

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andy E. | Digital Marketing Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2019

**What do you like best about AdStage?**

I really enjoy the simplicity of setting up the Google Sheets integration, along with the templates they provide to create a great experience.

**What do you dislike about AdStage?**

Google Sheets, along with any other platform, has its limitations. A third party software potentially offers more reporting depth and drawn insights than might be had in Google Sheets.

**Recommendations to others considering AdStage:**

AdStage is a great solution to solve your campaign reporting needs. The Google Sheets integration provides the ease of use for your team if they are already present within the Google Sheets platform.

**What problems is AdStage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The team is now able to quickly view ad campaign results in a single location. This has streamlined our process and allowed team members to get a deeper understanding of campaign ROI.

  ### 19. Helpful Software with a few shortcomings

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2019

**What do you like best about AdStage?**

AdStage is a great service to easily convey metrics and save a LARGE amount of time. Their support is also very quick to respond and helpful! They quickly take care of any complaints.

**What do you dislike about AdStage?**

Some of the metrics don't pull through seamlessly. It also pulls through numbers when the results are "0" rather than leaving those results out. It would also be helpful when copying a report to select "Default" and have that apply to all widgets automatically.

**Recommendations to others considering AdStage:**

Test out AdStage and try a lot of different reports. There are some hidden gems of metrics that you can report on.

**What problems is AdStage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reporting metrics to clients. It's cut the time taken to report in half at least.

  ### 20. Using AdStage at our agency and loving it

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Trinity J. | Social Analytics & Paid Media Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2019

**What do you like best about AdStage?**

We love how AdStage allows a report on a campaign, adset or ad and allows so many different ways to filter and view information. By using date ranges, keywords and adset titles we can show everything we need to about our clients paid spend on social media and beyond.

**What do you dislike about AdStage?**

The most frustrating thing currently is the pdf reports, they are disjointed looking and do not display information in an organized format. Also, when multiple reports are scheduled out, we run into lots of widget timeouts.

**What problems is AdStage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've realized the benefit of organizing and naming campaigns and adsets so that they are easy to report on later.

  ### 21. Great Experience Working with Adstage

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2019

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2019

**What do you like best about AdStage?**

The ease of connection setup to multiple, complex ad accounts.

**What do you dislike about AdStage?**

I'd like to see integrations with other marketing KPIs. Basic analytics is there now, other things like google search console would be great to show other metrics along side the paid campaign efforts.

**What problems is AdStage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduled reports and ad management are 2 of our primary uses

  ### 23. The google sheet add on = Genius + Super Customer Service

**What do you like best about AdStage?**

The tool is great if you need to combine data from different channels in an easy and quick way. Took me about ~3 hours to create a report with all the data I needed.

**What do you dislike about AdStage?**

In any tool, you can always have more and get more but I'm happy with the value we are getting.

**Recommendations to others considering AdStage:**

Great tool, test it make sure it's right for your needs. If it is, you'll be happy with it.

**What problems is AdStage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One place, specifically a spreadsheet that shows me all the data I need from Facebook and LinkedIn.

  ### 24. Adstage allows us to better report KPIs and manage ad rotations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dallas Y. | Social Ads Manger, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

The interface, like with most SaaS products took some orientation, but the onboarding was excellent.

The ability to day part LinkedIn campaigns, with the ability to create performance based rules where necessary.

  ### 26. Good tool for work

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julian L. | servicios de reparacion de todo tipo, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2019

**What do you like best about AdStage?**

Capacity to synchronize both Search and Social stages, bunch crusades, set alarms and timetables, and import information from Sheets for revealing. Enormously lessens the time required for every day "checkups" on records and keeps serious issues from going unnoticed (whenever utilized viably). Client support is likewise extraordinarily responsive! They truly care about their clients.

**What do you dislike about AdStage?**

Not having the capacity to coordinate custom (outside) information from Sheets with matched up stage information in announcing. I imagine that alternative is still under development.

**What problems is AdStage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AdStage lessens the time spent checking and providing details regarding account wellbeing/execution and encourages arrangement ahead of time of up and coming activities. Fundamentally improving effectiveness.

  ### 27. Excellent software that makes life easier

Some published reports may look extremely inconvenient. Also, without a template, it is hard to set up a dashboard.

If you are ready to devote a lot of time to setting up the product, you can use it, it will save you a lot of time in the future.

**What problems is AdStage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thank you Adstage my team began to spend less time making reports, collecting information and sending them to customers.

AdStage has been a great way for me to be able to see my clients ad results in an easily digestible format. I also love that I can give them a shareable link!

**What do you dislike about AdStage?**

Sometimes widgets don't update properly and I have to refresh to get the results properly updated.

**What problems is AdStage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're able to see more historical data (most ad dashboards are clunky about this) which helps us realize better inferences and identify places to better optimize our efforts.

It's been great for automating our spend data and ensuring it's always in our BI tool

**What problems is AdStage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving an issue of manually updated our spend numbers into our DB to attribute in our BI tools.

I feel like there have been a lot of bugs that ive had to reach to support for. Otherwise, everything else has been pretty seemless!

**Recommendations to others considering AdStage:**

There aren't any current problems.

  ### 33. Time Saver!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2019

**What do you like best about AdStage?**

The best part about Adstage is its direct integration with many platforms. Now that we've scaled our business and are spending significantly more. The rules and flighting has allowed us to save countless hours of time.

**What do you dislike about AdStage?**

There are additional platforms we'd like to be added such as Snapchat!

**Recommendations to others considering AdStage:**

Know what value you are trying to get out of the platform and if the resources can help to save time.

**What problems is AdStage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adstage has helped us to flight our ads for specific sneaker releases. We're constantly testing new copy that is very time sensitive and Adstage has helped with that.

  ### 34. It's been great

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2019

**What do you like best about AdStage?**

The simplicity of the platform, it's easy to use and it gets the job done for our Agency which is to continuously monitor budgets.

**What do you dislike about AdStage?**

The fact that I have to go in and continue to update the spend widgets each day because the platform doesn't update them daily.

**Recommendations to others considering AdStage:**

I would recommend looking into the issue that involves the budgets not updating within the widgets.

**What problems is AdStage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the problem where we are running into issues with overspending. The platform gives us better insight into our campaigns at an overview window.

  ### 35. Good platform with some bugs

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2019

**What do you like best about AdStage?**

Flexible and easy to use. The ability to see real-time data in a single dashboard across multiple clients is a huge help to our business. Support team is very responsive.

**What do you dislike about AdStage?**

Dashboard creation can be an arduous process and if the dashboard is too big it chokes, which is frequently frustrating.

**Recommendations to others considering AdStage:**

It's a good product and affordable, if you're willing to deal with minor hiccups.

**What problems is AdStage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use AdStage for delivery and performance monitoring across social platforms. It keeps us up to date at-a-glance without having to toggle UI's and accounts.

  ### 36. Huge Time Saver

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristie H. | Customer Support Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2019

**What do you like best about AdStage?**

I love the auto-features on AdStage (auto-reporting and updating).

**What do you dislike about AdStage?**

The price is high but for the employees we can eliminate it is worht it to us

**What problems is AdStage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving efficiency problems. We used to do all manual tracking, changes and analytics. Now, we can automate to save time ad resources.

  ### 37. Convenient, intuitive and helpful

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2019

**What do you like best about AdStage?**

AdStage's capabilities and integrations with multiple data sources makes reporting and tracking budgets easy. I find it extremely helpful for monitoring monthly media spend as well as uncovering data-driven insights based on performance.

**What do you dislike about AdStage?**

Some of the dashboards are channel specific so you have to create separate modules within the same dashboard, rather than combining them into one module. But not the biggest issue. Still much easier to build dashboards and set up integrations than other platforms.

**What problems is AdStage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ensuring monthly budget's are tracked accordingly and pacing appropriately.

  ### 38. Very helpful platform with strong customer service

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2018

**What do you like best about AdStage?**

They have a listening ear to user experience, they take suggestions into consideration.

**What do you dislike about AdStage?**

Growing pains, still implementing user experience

**What problems is AdStage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Detailed and professional looking reports that our clients love - they're able to look at their results easily.

  ### 39. Solid Platform, but Needs More Platforms

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2019

**What do you like best about AdStage?**

The ability to build cross-functional marketing reports for clients.

**What do you dislike about AdStage?**

The lack of platforms available to integrate with Adstage.

**What problems is AdStage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability for our clients to take back visual reports, and one place for the team to manage/view campaigns.

  ### 40. Fast, easy and adaptable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2019

**What do you like best about AdStage?**

Being able to pull statistics with one click

**What do you dislike about AdStage?**

Cost increases with you ad spend was a something that our agency was not told about
We where on a month to month contract and with out too much warning our bill doubled

**What problems is AdStage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped us appreciate how much we do across multiple platforms that we previously did not have the tools to see.

  ### 41. Great experience and major time savor

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2019

**What do you like best about AdStage?**

I find the report and automate features the most helpful products they offer. The latest offering of Join has really taken things up a notch. They offer very responsive customer support in an extremely easy form via chat.

**What do you dislike about AdStage?**

That the platform is heavily reliant on 3rd party APIs which frequently crash or limit the data set.

**What problems is AdStage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficient reporting and a way to automate alerts.

  ### 42. Good for Facebook and Google

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Music | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2019

**What do you like best about AdStage?**

The platform creates clean and easy to digest charts. Sending clients PDF versions of their dashboards is a great addition to any report.

**What do you dislike about AdStage?**

We have had issues with syncing data correctly from Twitter and YouTube campaigns.

**What problems is AdStage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes reporting much faster for Facebook/IG and Google campaigns. Automated daily sends have helped us reduce the amount of time we spend on lower priority campaigns.

  ### 43. Great for managing many ad accounts!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2019

**What do you like best about AdStage?**

Adstage is able to pause campaigns to make sure you are staying within each client’s budget every month!

**What do you dislike about AdStage?**

The presentation of data is not the most aesthetically pleasing

**What problems is AdStage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Once your client has hit the budget for the month and the campaigns are paused, you continue to get email notifications. Good news is you’re very unlikely to overspend without being aware!

  ### 44. Data Reporting

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2019

**What do you like best about AdStage?**

having all metrics from multiple platforms in one place for one easy pull

**What do you dislike about AdStage?**

Having issues with some platforms have delayed/not accurate data

**What problems is AdStage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

seeing that some data can be inaccurate and takes a few days to correct.
Benefits are it saves time from having to jump around platforms

  ### 45. It's great if you do lots of reports

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2019

**What do you like best about AdStage?**

Easy to use, even when I was a beginner using it was easy to navigate

**What do you dislike about AdStage?**

I didn't use it a lot because I didn't need that comprehensive of reports

**What problems is AdStage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was great to track social advertising

  ### 46. AdStage is a excellently powerful reporting tool!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Derik P. | Social Ads Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2018

**What do you like best about AdStage?**

AdStage has complex reporting capabilities that are very easy to use. Thier onboarding and training process is strong. Their customer service team operates on a higher level than any other company I've worked with in both my business and personal life. The automation overcomes a large number of roadblocks I've been running in to with limited time/budgets for clients using paid social media advertising. The reports are beautiful and the interactive capabilities on the Web View option have made a lot of my clients very happy.

**What do you dislike about AdStage?**

The 'Manage' section is a bit bulky and not as user-friendly as the 'Report' and 'Automate' section. It feels like 90% of their efforts are put into the other two areas and the 'Manage' section is kind of left out. Although the other two sections are the main reason I'm using the platform, it's an area that could prove very useful to keep a pulse on your business as a whole, but only if the widget customization, date range, and table customization were improved greatly and the option to save your settings was included.

**Recommendations to others considering AdStage:**

I know it's not entirely up to you, but bring on Snapchat! Also, clean up that 'Management' section. More widget customization, and let me save my settings so I don't have to readjust everything if I click away.

**What problems is AdStage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The first problem AdStage has solved for me and my team is time. We are a bootstrapped marketing agency, so every hour counts. AdStage automated reporting & campaign rotations save my team an average of 17 hours per week. That alone makes the cost of this platform worth it for my agency. The biggest problem I've solved with AdStage is overcoming the utter lack of automation and visual reporting capabilities through paid social media ads. Facebook does not offer tools like this to their advertisers, but AdStage has stepped in with high-level API access to the Facebook and Instagram platforms. Last, the automation tools have allowed me to change how I approach clients with smaller budgets and allowed me to better provide great results for a limited budget.

  ### 47. Clean & Easy to Use

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyle F. L. | PPC Account Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2018

**What do you like best about AdStage?**

As with other platforms, AdStage makes it easy to manage campaigns across several different platforms. AdStage offers a clean dashboard to manage, create and analyze campaigns. It's very simple but I really like the folder feature so I can easily group similar campaigns across channels. I also have had great customer service from our rep.

**What do you dislike about AdStage?**

AdStage is clean and simple, but does not have a lot of bells and whistles you may find in other platforms. Also, they recently made some changes to how Twitter is created and managed (essentially making it so you can only analyze, not create or edit) which is not ideal. I also have had to reconnect different platforms from time to time which is simple but a little annoying. Overall though, none of these are major issues.

**Recommendations to others considering AdStage:**

If you are looking for a platform that allows you to easily manage campaigns across several platforms, AdStage works for you. There are other options out there that are more advanced though for seasoned marketers.

**What problems is AdStage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are running several awareness and lead gen campaigns across multiple platforms, both search and social. AdStage has made it is easy to quickly launch and edit campaigns. The reports are also very simple to create and edit, which has helped to cut down on time.

  ### 48. AdStage brings campaign management to a new level

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott W. | President, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2018

**What do you like best about AdStage?**

The overall feature set and that they continue innovating/moving forward at a rapid pace. At the beginning, the UX was a mess but the features made it worthwhile. The UX and speed have come a long, long way. Additionally, AdStage (I believe JD Prather) produces a newsletter on the ad media space that I've found invaluable.

**What do you dislike about AdStage?**

UX is getting better but still needs some polishing. UI is a little non-intuitive in places.

**Recommendations to others considering AdStage:**

Of all the solutions we reviewed, we found AdStage to be the one that felt most functional if that makes sense. At the time, AdStage w/ in beta, and while the UX needed work, it actually felt a lot more polished that many of the others...and during our tests, everything worked - which may seem odd, but we ran into so many issues with the others (some small, some critical), that AdStage just felt comfortable.

**What problems is AdStage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're a small agency and have found AdStage beneficial in terms of unifying campaign management and reporting functions.

  ### 49. Best Agency Level Scheduling & Rules Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John F. J. | Marketing Manager, Internet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2018

**What do you like best about AdStage?**

As an agency we heavily utilize and rely on the scheduling and rule based automation features of AdStage to help us manage over 300 customer Facebook Ad Accounts. These two sections alone have freed up over 300 hours in 2017 that I now devote to customer satisfaction, service improvements and more.

**What do you dislike about AdStage?**

I'm still working on loving the reporting capability of AdStage. Visually appealing reports are really important to me and I struggle with the vertical spacing issue I'm coming across.

**Recommendations to others considering AdStage:**

As an agency we've found it best to setup our rules and scheduling around naming conventions of our campaign names, ad accounts, ad sets / ad groups, etc. You'll save yourself some rebuilding time if you sit down and plan that before really building out a full implementation of AdStage

**What problems is AdStage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to finding AdStage I'd spend several hours of my day going through somewhere in the neighborhood of 100 different ad accounts to monitor a number of metrics. Most of this time was wasted because not every ad account needed to be reviewed every single day. Fast forward to roughly a year after signing up for AdStage and our company manages over 300 different ad accounts. AdStage is the tool we use to know when an account needs to be looked at.

In 2017 our focus was exclusively focused around Facebook advertising. In 2018 we are introducing remarketing opportunities for our clients utilizing Google. AdStage is going to be instrumental in our ability to double our service offerings without needing to double our team to manage the extra platform.

The real bottom line is that AdStage allows us to be more efficient with our time. AdStage allows us to be surgically accurate with which clients need to be looked at and specifically why they need to be looked at.

  ### 50. Nice for aggregating data sources, but still requires manual classifications

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Monica B. | Associate Director, Data Analytics, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2018

**What do you like best about AdStage?**

Aggregated reporting from my social networks.

**What do you dislike about AdStage?**

I can't create custom classifications. For example, I need to associate/label campaigns as a specific business unit, results objective, ad type, or audience. There should be functionality to create reference tables or labels.
I would like a glossary of metrics by network and for more of the metrics to be called the same thing for different networks. Metrics are called different things within network UIs, within cross-network widgets, and within network-specific widgets. It's inefficient when building reports to try to figure out what a metric is called and if it is available (as some are not yet integrated for each network).
There are some reports that I try to build at the daily level that error out and the page won't load. I also have to build separate reports by network, and it would be ideal if all of the metrics that I needed for each network were available in the cross-network report and wouldn't crash when I try to build and export it. I still have to build individual reports by network (and sometimes multiple for one network, broken out into time frames), and merge the data once it is exported.

**What problems is AdStage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I primarily work on analytics, so being able to pull aggregated reports from one UI is great.
