"Powerful, Detailed Insights with Customizable Dashboards in Adobe Analytics"
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?

What I like best about Adobe Analytics is how powerful and detailed its data insights are. It helps track user behavior very clearly, so it’s easier to understand what people are doing on a website or app. The dashboards are customizable, which makes it simple to focus on the metrics that matter most. It also integrates well with other Adobe tools, making the overall workflow smooth and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

One thing I dislike about Adobe Analytics is that it can be quite complex and difficult to learn, especially for beginners. The interface is not very user-friendly at first, and setting up reports can feel overwhelming. It can also be expensive, which may not be suitable for small businesses. Additionally, data processing can sometimes take time, so insights are not always instantly available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Analyze your customers' preferences and train your team using the features of Adobe Analytics."
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?

Adobe Analytics has provided me with an excellent user experience by offering the best digital tools to analyze the business preferences of all your customers, facilitating the personalization and training of your entire department.

I can also say that Adobe Analytics stands out for the technical capabilities it offers to optimize your digital marketing campaigns, improving your brand's reputation and recognition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

I have nothing negative to say about the technical capabilities Adobe Analytics offers, my experience has been remarkable and effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Interface and Custom Metrics are a Plus"
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?

I like the many different visualizations in Adobe Analytics that help tell the story we're looking for. Building custom metrics to filter and dice KPIs in various ways is great too. It makes it easy to find issues or anomalies, and the interface is easy to use. Depending on the use case, we use a fallout for general funnel understanding, or Freeform to get a deeper understanding. The flow visualization is interesting to see how members are getting places and where they are going. I also like the breakthrough at fallout or fall through. It's also easy to add new tags and eVars to build upon what we have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

There are some missing pieces like it mostly being for online data. Seems like there’s a push to acquire CJA in addition to analytics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful with Easy Reporting and Dark Mode, Needs Better AI Integration"
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?

I like the dark mode background because it's easier on the eyes. I appreciate that I can set reports without having to recreate them every time, and I also like that I can share reports easily. The report sharing feature is particularly useful as it allows me to export reports to Excel and dive deeper with an AI agent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

We need an AI agent in it, not just with AEM. The AI agents embedded in the tool were teased last year at the summit and it's not here. It should have the same updated functionality with AI that the other tools have. I know CX is coming, but it should be a part of the base package. I want to integrate more with Marketo, but it can't Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Visual, and Reliable for Data Analysis"
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?

I really find Adobe Analytics easy and friendly to use. I have enjoyed using the combo chart visualizations to see how two metrics are related in a specific product. Setting up these charts is easy, and they help me create visuals that are easily digestible. I can monitor funnels and customer engagement with the website effectively. It's invaluable to have visibility into performance, seeing in real-time with a slight delay how the website is performing. I also appreciate being able to set up alerts to make sure nothing is down. Overall, the initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

Downtimes or outages result in red bars at the top of the report, which is a pain point. It would be helpful to have messaging within the platform that an issue is known and a solution is available for everyone to see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Functional, Yet Transition Challenges"
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?

I love how intuitive and functional Adobe Analytics is. It helps to have tools for success right at my fingertips. The UI is easy to understand, especially with my web analytics background, making it a valuable tool for analyzing digital interactions with our business. The initial setup was very easy, and the integrations, like Bing and Meta, enhance its capability. The enterprise factor and performance were reasons for switching from Google Analytics, and I'd rate my likelihood of recommending Adobe Analytics a 10! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

I think it’s more about the transition to Web SDK and CJA that present limitations with analytics. Just the transition between the tools, metrics drop off, report migration these are the pain points and I think if they had some tools to make that transition easier it’d be helpful. "Flexible Segmentation, but Steep Learning Curve"
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?

I like how Adobe Analytics is kind of flexible with its offerings. The segmentation feature is really great because I can use really granular segments like specific behavior, time windows, and all that, and visualize it as a dashboard. The data integration with their ecosystem, like Audience Manager, is also something I like since it falls into place pretty well. It makes the data actionable and aligns people on the same view of the customer. Additionally, I like the flexibility it offers in data segmentation, allowing insights into specific user behaviors over time, and the comprehensive dashboard visualizations it provides. The integration with the broader Adobe ecosystem enhances its utility, aligning nicely with customer insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

The main issue that sometimes people run into is that some of the tasks are kind of complex to do. The learning curve is kind of like a difficult thing because even if you are used to Google Analytics and stuff, it's kind of hard to marry it to the team and understand itself. There are some implementation issues like getting tracking right. It's complex and kind of hard to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Adobe Analytics"
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?

Adobe Analytics stands out for its advanced reporting and segmentation. It helps in understanding user behavior clearly and supports quick, data-driven decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

Adobe Analytics is a powerful tool with many features, but like any software, it has some aspects that can be frustrating for users. Here are a few things that some users, including myself, might find less than ideal:

Complexity for New Users:

The learning curve is pretty steep, especially for beginners or users without a strong data analytics background. Setting up reports, understanding the interface, and mastering the nuances of segmentation and data processing can be overwhelming.

Cost:

Adobe Analytics is not exactly budget-friendly. It’s usually priced for large enterprises, so smaller businesses or startups might find it prohibitively expensive compared to other analytics platforms like Google Analytics.

User Interface (UI):

While functional, the UI can feel a bit outdated or unintuitive at times. It's not as user-friendly as some competitors (e.g., Google Analytics 4 or other modern tools), and the navigation can feel clunky, especially when switching between different modules or trying to find specific data points.

Customization Can Be Overwhelming:

Customizing reports, dashboards, and data layers can be great, but it can also become a double-edged sword. With so many options, it can be difficult to find the balance between flexibility and simplicity. Without strong technical skills, setting up everything to suit your specific needs can feel like a hassle.

Data Processing Delays:

Real-time data analysis isn’t always as “real-time” as you'd expect. Sometimes there are delays in data updates, which can be frustrating when you need immediate insights.

Integration and Data Access:

While it integrates well with other Adobe products, integrating Adobe Analytics with non-Adobe systems can sometimes be cumbersome. It may require custom configurations or additional third-party tools, which adds complexity.

Support & Documentation:

While Adobe provides a lot of documentation, it can be dense and sometimes hard to navigate. Additionally, for more advanced issues, the support team might take longer to respond or be less hands-on compared to other analytics platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outdated UI, Limited Accessibility, But Custom KPI Flexibility"
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?

I use Adobe Analytics as an established BI tool at my company. It meets the needs of many analysts who have previous experience with the platform. It allows us to measure custom KPIs and collect the data needed to improve CX while offering reporting options. I like that it's relatively easy to experiment with reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

Although having Adobe compute and handle visits/user sessions is preferable to having to manage that ourselves, we have challenges stitching user data across channels, especially since Adobe does so much black box processing. I also find the user interface to be quite outdated and challenging to work with. Another frustration is that there is data that is only accessible if exported via data warehouses or data feeds. "Powerful Web Analysis with Room for Integration Improvement"
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?

I use Adobe Analytics for work analysis to surface what we collect across web and app user behavior on the front-end. I find the Workspace feature particularly useful as it helps stakeholders access and analyze the data at their fingertips. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

I have a lot of legacy implementation and tracking that I want to clean up, but the process is cumbersome and manual. There isn't an easy way to facilitate bulk changes that supports a strategy. It's also limited in terms of integrating with other data sources easily. I feel locked into what we collect on web and app, and I wish there was better support for omnichannel analysis and integrating offline data sources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
