**What do you like best about Ad Sales Genius?**

What I love most about Ad Sales Genius is how it is user-friendly and mobile. It gets the job done and is very smooth when I am using the CRM platform to benefit my work.

**What do you dislike about Ad Sales Genius?**

The only thing I dislike about Ad Sales Genius would be the customer service aspect. I think if they were more responsive on a timely manner, it would be more beneficial for simple questions to get answered

**What problems is Ad Sales Genius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think the problem Ad Sales Genius is solving is their customer support/relationship management side of things to better the overall customer service for their users/clients.
