At enterprise scale the collecting was never the problem, triage was. Ideas came in far faster than anyone could review them by hand. Two things fixed that for us. Scoping the intake helped most, running time-boxed challenges around a specific question, the way Wazoku does, so we weren't drowning in an always-open inbox with no context. And automating the routing, Qmarkets let us mirror the org hierarchy and move ideas through stage gates to the right evaluators without an admin pushing each one, which is what kept pace with the volume. On the one-tool question, we ran a single platform end to end rather than stitching several together, since the handoffs between tools were where ideas got lost. The real bottleneck is the review process, not the intake.
