**What do you like best about Acutrack Fulfillment?**

Acutrack had a great management team and process for ensuring all of the personnel is on the same page. They also have a portal that offers valuable information on the lifecycle of your product from order to shipment.

**What do you dislike about Acutrack Fulfillment?**

Acutrack was not setup to handle fragile or high-touch items. They do a great job with books, CDs and other goods that don't require extreme care. The team worked hard to put processes in place however, it didn't meet our expectations and requirements.

**What problems is Acutrack Fulfillment solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were trying to ensure our product was packaged appropriately to avoid damages, and orders were shipped timely.
