I like that Action1 is simple to deploy and works well for patch management. It's easy to divide environments, which is really helpful for my company's corporate and PCI DSS settings. It's also great that since we're 100% cloud-based and coupled with Intune and PIM, we're able to easily support the solutions that have been deployed. I don't like that Action1 doesn't have a real app, neither for PC nor for phone: having to use only the web console is inconvenient. Action 1 has made it easy to track vulnerabilities and missing updates and the vast amount of device date is incredible. One of the best products I've ever used, and it's free. It's insane. While its main focus is patch and vulnerability management, which it does really well, I also use it extensively for scripting and remote desktop. Installing and using Action1 is very easy. Agent setup is fast, and you get immediate results. All endpoints are reviewed and updated within a very short amount of time. Honestly, my only regret is that I didn't discover Action1 sooner!

If I had to mention a minor technical point, agent deployment over local network paths in a non-domain (Workgroup) environment requires a quick manual batch script or local execution.
