"Actimize Review"

What do you like best?

I like that actimize is easy to navigate and use.

What do you dislike?

what I dislike about actimize is the glitches that happens sometime.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Actimize serves as a portal where I go to do my work and submit my result. A benefit would be that it works well in conjunction with RDC.

What do you like best?

Report generation and rule determination.

Segments of Actimize can be purchased separately.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The ability to set specific rules and generate reports based on those rules allows your team to identify trends before they become a major problem.

"Limited search engine and workflow"

What do you like best?

Actimize could work reasonable for a US small or medium company and easy to implement

What do you dislike?

Limited capacity of the search engine and lack of flexibility in the workflow to manage the alerts/cases. Poor company support for changes.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I used the software for fraud alert generation in a big company. Some detection capabilities are above the market solutions but sometimes the software misses the basic cases.

"User friendly"

What do you like best?

Like I mentioned before; user friendly. It’s the best software I’ve used in detecting fraudulent transactions.

There are no reports available that are easy to use.

"Good case management tool"

It’s a nice case management system that addresses most of the needs of institutions

there’s a large lag time when switching between cases and alerts
