**What do you like best about Across?**

Being able to seamlessly  track and monitor our customer success metrics and KPIs directly on Slack. Our customers send us a lot of requests and issues, and with Across we can respond to them quickly without leaving the Slack environment.

**What do you dislike about Across?**

I haven't encountered any major issues with Across so far. Across has been a great addition to our team's workflow and customer success management.

**What problems is Across solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to streamline our customer success management process, saving time and effort while keeping track of all important customer success metrics and KPIs in one place. Our team's productivity and efficiency have also significantly improved  as a result of using Across, allowing us to focus more on providing excellent customer service and support.
