Frequently mentioned for internal-versus-external portal separation, which account managers use to hand off approved assets without exposing the whole library.

Bynder’s collections and Brandfolder’s portals both make sense for account teams because the workflow is really about getting approved assets to clients without involving the brand team every time. For daily use, I’d pay particular attention to how easily people can find the right version of an asset. That feels like a big part of what keeps people coming back to the platform.
