**What do you like best about Acrobuild?**

Acrobuild is the only CRM we've used that truly understands the real estate workflow in India. It combines lead management, booking engine, payment tracking, broker management, and post-sales—all in one place. The AI suggestions for follow-ups and task reminders actually help our sales team perform better. Plus, the WhatsApp and SMS automation is a game-changer.

**What do you dislike about Acrobuild?**

Nothing major so far. The UI can improve slightly in a few dashboards, but the team is constantly releasing updates, and their support is super responsive.

**What problems is Acrobuild solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Acrobuild, we were juggling Excel, WhatsApp, and two different CRMs. It caused confusion and loss of leads. Now, our entire sales process is centralized, our brokers are connected via the app, and customer communication is automated. We’ve seen a 35–40% improvement in lead conversion and huge time savings for our team.

I really appreciate Acrobuild's AI features. They provide clear and precise information, making them particularly beneficial for CRM tasks in real estate development. I also find Acrobuild's server speed impressive, ensuring that tasks are completed without frustrating delays. In addition, the attractive dashboard enhances my user experience with its visually pleasing design, helping me manage my tasks efficiently. The initial setup of Acrobuild was very fast, highlighting its user-friendly nature. Overall, these features contribute significantly to my satisfaction with Acrobuild.
