ITProTV is an excellent pool of knowledge. They have trained professionals talking about something they know, understand and are passionate about. Often videos are engaging and detailed, giving you the info you need without bogging you down with too much excess useful-but-not-really-that-helpful information. The manager's portal is excellent, and I can easily follow my team-assigned training progression. Also, my CSM is open to working with us to align herself with more technical training specific to our needs is fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ACI Learning [ITPro]?

Found a few bugs that we have communicated to the support team, such as not always capturing the natural progression in the percentage of the assigned training by my team members. Also, some modules did not represent the real-time needed to finish the module. Finally, I am working with my CSM to add more training aligned with our technical training needs. What problems is ACI Learning [ITPro] solving and how is that benefiting you?

I hope to start having more training specific to our technical needs so I can have my team improve their technical skills-set and help them move to the next level in their career. "A Great and Flexible Resources"

What do you like best about ACI Learning [ITPro]?

The content is really well done and it allows my employees to train for career growth at their desk, at their own pace. I like how cost effective it is to deliver training and how we can swap "seats" to different employees. Without swapping seats, this service would not be nearly as useful. I like the auditing for management too, to track who is prioritizing their own growth, and to see who needs help removing tasks to give them time to grow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fresh, relevant content delivered regularly. ITProTV keeps up with industry news and best practices and the information is brought to fold by industry experts that have real world experience. I find ITProTV training videos superior to my college IT and security lectures.

They distill the complex into the easily digestable.

There is some content I wish they covered more in the Software Development, DevOps, & SecDevOps domains.

Affordable, quality, on-demand IT training.

It costs less than other resources and includes video material, lecture transcripts, content practice quizzes, and skill labs.

The "autoplay" and "skip intros and outros" functions are great tools, however, by skipping the intros and outros, the videos were not watched fully, therefore the video progress was not 100%.
