ACI Learning [ITPro] Reviews & Product Details

When I first discovered ACI learning, I lived in a rural area, and it was troublesome and pricey to fly out for the various courses I wanted to learn. Additionally, if I tried any online courses, they were typically Eastern time which meant I would have to be up at 4am my time in order to try and make it to the class and absorb information. ACI learning gave me access to all the certification courses I would ever want to take, and the best part is I can take them on my schedule whenever I want.

Since using ACI learning, I've been able to obtain 5 different CompTIA certifications, and I have my eye on a whole lot more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's almost nothing I dislike about ACI learning. It's a wonderful resource for getting to the information I need at a fairly good cost, allowing me to learn on my schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how practical and well-structured ACI Learning (ITPro) is. It doesn't just hit you with theory; you get clear explanations combined with hands-on labs. This makes it easier to understand and apply concepts in real-life scenarios, which is a big help when prepping for certifications or improving job skills. The quality of the instructors and video content is another plus. The lessons are engaging and broken down into bite-sized pieces, so it never feels like too much at once. The learning paths are super useful too, providing a clear roadmap to keep me on track. I appreciate the flexibility of learning at my own pace. The content gets updated regularly, so I’m always learning about current technologies. The hands-on Skill Labs are especially valuable, letting me practice real IT tasks in a virtual environment which boosts my confidence in what I've learned. The practice tests simulate the certification exams and really help in assessing my readiness. There are a few areas that could be improved. Some courses can feel inconsistently paced—certain topics move too quickly, making it harder to fully understand complex concepts without revisiting the material multiple times. The depth of advanced content needs improvement; it’s excellent for beginners and certification preparation, but some courses may not go deep enough for more experienced learners. The user experience and content structure could be enhanced as the navigation and course organization feel slightly clunky, and better integration between videos and labs would improve the learning flow. The subscription model and pricing may not suit everyone since access is typically bundled, feeling expensive if only specific courses are needed. ACL Learning is definitely moving towards the direction that I mentioned above. The pace should be even more rapid: with the advancements of AI, automation happening outside, the changes should rippled to the simulated labs, exercises faster, to best serve the audiences. ACI [ITPro] is intuitive & easy to use. The content is top notch & allows me to go at my own pace. I also like how I get to search & customize what I am viewing.

I like that ACI Learning [ITPro] provides me a gateway to learning and discovering the technology I use daily at work. I like that ACI Learning [ITPro] is easy to use, with a lot of helpful information. It provides more in-depth information and details about the subjects I study for my cybersecurity analyst certification, and it's definitely more informative than YouTube. I also appreciate the real-world scenarios they use. The platform offers a lot of practice opportunities with practice tests and labs, which is great because I need extra practice beyond just studying materials and watching videos. What I find most helpful about ACI Learning IT Pro is how easy it is to access and see the cost and details of each plan. I also appreciate being able to learn IT and cybersecurity through video courses tailored to CompTIA certification, which helps with breaking into the tech industry. Additionally, it s useful that there are other options like AWS, Microsoft, and even Linux available, allowing me to build more in-demand skills. The courses are easy to understand, and implementation and integration are straightforward. Customer support is excellent for answering questions and providing clarification. The least helpful thing about ACI Learning IT Pro is that the ITPro Standard plan doesn’t offer a monthly option and is only available as an annual plan. AuditPro has the same limitation. ACI Learning [ITPro] could improve by updating content more frequently and offering deeper coverage for advanced topics. Some long-time users also miss earlier instructors, and the overall user experience could feel more polished. More concise lessons and stronger interactive practice would further enhance learning.
