Harder to search for specific content and cannot control speed on the Roku. The content is updated on almost a daily basis. There are weekly feature updates. Overall very clean and easy to use. **What do you dislike about ACI Learning [ITPro]?** I can't think of anything. All the downsides of the competitors we trialed were met by ITProTV. **Recommendations to others considering ACI Learning [ITPro]:** We trialed CBT, Plural Sight, a couple of other less known ones, and then ITProTV we trialed last. The labs are also very very good to assist learning especially when you do not have access to these technologies. In addition to the accessibility of the courses the support staff from ITPro' side is also good. They regularly follow up with us about our sales requirements. I also like the Closed Captions on the videos as this helps us provide training to our hearing impaired employees. **What do you dislike about ACI Learning [ITPro]?** The download feature is a bit of a pain. Possibly allow for mobile downloads and offline view while keeping track of progress that would be great. The video player is also a bit difficult to get used to especially when you want to watch on a laptop or similar. Find a path that you love and enjoy your career while you grow and improve. The labs offered provide hands-on experience and the notes are good for offline study. Streaming with the app was really beneficial so I could easily pick up where I left off. i also appreciated being able to rewatch the content for clarity and anything I glazed over. Oh, and being able to adjust the playback speed really helped, too! **What do you dislike about ACI Learning [ITPro]?** The app was kind of glitchy when switching between video/audio only mode. It was difficult to re-watch/listen to content I already watched because it would pick up at the end of playback instead of starting over and there were no controls to start over when in audio only mode. **Recommendations to others considering ACI Learning [ITPro]:** Make sure you consume all your content during the period that you have it available. Mine was 30 days. If you are a raw beginner in IT, then start off with the free model and take the CompTIA IT Fundamentals+ course.
