Whether you're studying for project management or a specific technology, odds are good that they've got you covered. The corporate premium accounts are affordable enough for me to train my entire team and still have funds left over to help them with their certification costs, that's a huge win for us. **What do you dislike about ACI Learning [ITPro]?** My primary complaint is just in how licensing is handled for corporate premium accounts. I'd prefer to be able to add seats directly from the portal without having to go through a sales rep, but sadly that option isn't available. **Recommendations to others considering ACI Learning [ITPro]:** Compare the pricing and variety of available content to other training providers and you'll easily see the value in ITProTV. I really do feel like we get excellent value for the cost of this subscription, especially considering that ITProTV is well respected within the industry. **What problems is ACI Learning [ITPro] solving and how is that benefiting you?** ITProTV is a comprehensive training solution for almost all of your IT employees. As anyone in IT can tell you, the field is constantly changing and keeping up to date on both your certifications and the latest technologies is a challenge. ITProTV makes this not only much easier, but also pretty fun due to their wide variety of 'edutainers' as they call them. I also like the podcast feature for videos. I've downloaded the app and used it a few times when driving. I also like the options for courses. Having an accelerated and a full course is very helpful. I've been following along with the accelerated course and using the full course as supplemental material for content I'm not as strogn with. **What do you dislike about ACI Learning [ITPro]?** Sometimes I might not like the host of the show, but that usually is never a problem. They also provide transcripts if you want to skip the audio. My only complaint about the podcast feature in the app is the audio is much quieter and doesn't pause when another service like a GPS speaks. Hard to follow along or use this feature when you need to use that separate service. **Recommendations to others considering ACI Learning [ITPro]:** Compared to other courses with a one time fee that you can find online, ITProTV's strength is in the labs that it provides. That alone is worth the higher subscription fee. Plus it has lots courses with indepth videos to fit your needs. You get access to all of this. They usually offer two courses per certification: a full course and an accelerated course. Additionally, while the "bite-sized chunk' format of 15 - 30 minute episodes is pretty standard faire now in the industry, the ITPro.TV staff make it work well here too. Finally, having the practice tests and the virtual labs to practice on and gain confidence before sitting for the actual exam does wonders for building confidence. **What do you dislike about ACI Learning [ITPro]?** Some of the co-hosts that aren't actually teaching come off as just being there to throw scripted snowball questions at the technical edutainer and to simply advertise for the platform (looking at you Zach). Other than that, the practice tests sometimes don't line up well with the answer key at the end, either stating you marked something wrong when the answer clearly showed it was right, or else the answer doesn't line up with the question at all. But those are few and far between. **What problems is ACI Learning [ITPro] solving and how is that benefiting you?** My workplace has a need for certified IT staff, but not much a budget. ITPro.TV is an investment I'm making in myself, and for the vast amount of content, labs, and practice tests they offer, at a very reasonable price, it's a cost I am willing to pay for myself out of pocket to further my education and stay on top of the latest technologies. ### 9. Library is huge! I'm very impressed with how many courses they have. I also really enjoy the study materials - practice tests, flashcards, virtual labs, they really do set you up for success! I'm also impressed with their transparency. They let you know what courses they have in production and also have live webinars on a frequent basis. They keep you up to date by staying up to date themselves - which is a requirement for success in IT. **What do you dislike about ACI Learning [ITPro]?** The Apple TV App doesn't sync my watched videos (or doesn't mark them). The "Continue Watching" feature often has recommendations for old videos or videos that I have watched already. **Recommendations to others considering ACI Learning [ITPro]:** If you are an educator, like me, looking to move into the IT world - ITProTV is the best value! They provide a discount for educators. I also highly recommend their Year-Long Premium plan as the practice tests and labs are well worth the extra money. Even if you don't get the educator's discount, I think that ITProTV would be worth the full price! Their courses are professionally done, well thought out, and entertaining to watch. They encourage you to practice outside of their course (like any good instructor should) and provide you with the resources to practice and explore (again, like any good instructor should). The ability to use it anywhere on a variety of platforms, such as computer, phone or tablet. I can set courses for my team and then watch how they do over a set period of time, which is very useful for setting for their KPI’s and yearly personal development programs. The courses are renewed on a fairly regular basis and seem to stay current, for example when the new version of ITIL came along it was not much longer for ITProTV to bring an updated course into there catalog. The customer and corporate support for this application is very good, the pre-sales team especially has been helpful to us with help provided for producing a presentation for the organization to introduce ITProTV to the and to sell the use to them. **What do you dislike about ACI Learning [ITPro]?** Searching can be problematic sometimes to find exactly what you require. Literally you can be swamped by all the courses and sometimes a more guided approach from the app would be appreciated, maybe having this more by job roles or functions. It would be nice if there was a social aspect to the vide viewing where the users in a corporate could rate and promote courses for there colleagues to go through and view. I found the administration tool does not have as much flexibility as should be possible, to track usage for a corporate account and see who is using the tool actively and not engaging with the tool. This is especially more important in these current times with COVID, where in class learning is not possible now. So remote learning becomes the primary channel now. The ability to allow users to learn anytime, anyplace, anywhere is very attractive. The more options we give them the more chances we have that they will be able to find the time and ability to take the training. Each topic is broken down into smaller sections so it is easy to follow along and not get overwhelmed. Their library is #1 in terms of topics from IOT, to mobile devices, and even Project Management. Most other learning companies only offer technical learning like CompTIA or Cisco, whereas ITProTV offers ITIL, PMP, Six-Sigma, and a number of other non-technical certification courses. Even if you are not in a technical role and are looking to expand your skill set there are plenty of courses to utilize in ITProTV.The two person format also helps by breaking up the monotony of listening to one person talk for the entire course and offers a more realistic learning experience. They have one of the largest libraries of topics and are adding new ones constantly. Being able to manipulate actually devices using the Virtual Labs is a huge help in following along with the videos and to assist with hands on learning. The learning videos are easy to follow and are filled with enough to hold your interest and not bore you. The two person video format is a refreshing change from other virtual learning companies and acts more like a TV Show then just a virtual lesson. The ability to cross platform from PC to Mobile Device is a huge help when you have time but don't have the space to use your laptop to watch a lesson.
