&lt;p&gt;The more useful onboarding measure is probably time-to-first-campaign without needing support, not just how intuitive the dashboard feels. I’d also compare where teams get stuck most often—audience setup, creative specs, measurement, or budget controls—because that’s where “self-service” usually gets tested.&lt;/p&gt;
