What do you like best about Contact Center Studio?

Contact Center Studio is extremely easy to use and manage.

The interface is clean and setting up call flows IVR and routing takes very little time. The best part is the flexibility you can customize almost everything without needing technical expertise. Real time analytics, call monitoring, and reporting are also very strong, giving complete visibility into team performance.

Overall, it’s reliable, intuitive, and great for scaling any support operation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Contact Center Studio?

Although the platform is powerful, some advanced configurations can feel a bit complex at first and may require support assistance.

The reporting dashboards could be more customizable, and certain updates or settings sometimes take a moment to reflect.

You are able to get helpful support at the press of a button, previous softwares I'd looked at only offered forum support for users and so the difference between acetone and them is night and day Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There was nothing that I've disliked, i can't think of any criticism I could give. The service really is all pros and no cons. Extremely happy customer will reccomend Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
