**What do you like best about Contact Center Studio?**

Contact Center Studio is extremely easy to use and manage. 
The interface is clean and setting up call flows IVR and routing takes very little time. The best part is the flexibility you can customize almost everything without needing technical expertise. Real time analytics, call monitoring, and reporting are also very strong, giving complete visibility into team performance. 
Overall, it’s reliable, intuitive, and great for scaling any support operation.

**What do you dislike about Contact Center Studio?**

Although the platform is powerful, some advanced configurations can feel a bit complex at first and may require support assistance. 
The reporting dashboards could be more customizable, and certain updates or settings sometimes take a moment to reflect. 
Apart from these minor areas, the overall experience is smooth.

Contact Center Studio has helped us streamline our entire customer communication process. It centralizes inbound and outbound calls, provides clear routing, and ensures customers reach the right agent without long wait times. One of the best feature of acefone is its mobile app, it is easy to use, contact anytime from anywhere through mobile app.

Currently there is not any features which I dont like about acefone, but if it will show incoming customers no. in form of popup will be best.

**What problems is Contact Center Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the best feature is acefone allows direct one click call solution, you can just click and call, as well as you can track your incoming and outgoing calls. Main benifit of acefone is it provides you recording also so that you can hear it anytime whenever you want. It helps to track your no. of calls and talktime also to keep a record of your full day working.

You are able to get helpful support at the press of a button, previous softwares I'd looked at only offered forum support for users and so the difference between acetone and them is night and day

There was nothing that I've disliked, i can't think of any criticism I could give. The service really is all pros and no cons. Extremely happy customer will reccomend

With Acefone I am able to make, and record my telephone calls which is imperative for my line of work, having had some issues with other providers just the access to the support alone is a huge benefit

When we were finally able to connect, Mohit the onboarding engineer was very professional, answered all my questions and was more than helpful.

If our meeting is running late I would like to know that in advance.

We had a small SMS issue but Mohit was on it right away and it was fixed in a matter of minute. Very impressive.

I feel the capabilities provided by Acefone is satisfactory at a very competitive price and the training/onboarding session is quite impressive.

**What do you like best about Contact Center Studio?**

Acefone is super fast when it comes to international calls. I use acefone everyday to make quick international calls to reach clients and leads for my day-to-day tasks. It takes just seconds to log in and remembers the username and password every time. I can quickly make any call with my international id given by my company through my Company's international UK number. It is a lot cheaper than other applications for international calls. You can also transfer calls easily and multiple people can use the same account simultaneously. You can make the necessary audio settings quite easily too. the customer service people always help real time and fix the issues soon.

**What do you dislike about Contact Center Studio?**

Sometime the call doesn't get connected to specific countries sucha as Qatar and Nigeria. this needs to be looked into. The other person can't hear us speaking too and this can be annoying when you are trying to get in touch with clients who are impatient and busy with other work. Must remove spaces in the number and dial most of the time. The call somtimes reaches another person or number too. Acefone needs to be re-logged into every hour so that it continues to work.

Call international number quicky everyday from an international ID. Very east to use. User Interface is pretty good too.
I also receive incoming calls from clients.

**What do you like best about Contact Center Studio?**

Acefone is a handy new tool to call international numbers. It is easy to use and not too complicated. Quite budget friendly too.

**What do you dislike about Contact Center Studio?**

The dial tone is too mainstream, could be better and unique, something like a signature dial tone just for Acefone. Also the call history disappears after logging off, despite turning this off in the settings. 

On another note, when calls don't connect, I'm not sure if the receiver has intentionally disconnected or could not pick up or out of coverage area. Acefone does not make this known to me.

The call clarity and connectivity could be better.

I'm able to call international clients, and it is cheaper than other VoIP services like Skype and such. At the moment this is the only major benefit I realize.

I like that this is a new alternative to skype when it comes to VoIP. The prices are very affordable as well.

**What do you dislike about Contact Center Studio?**

It comes with a few technical issues at times. The call just drops, or it doesn't reach specific numbers when your bandwidth is just about average and not strong enough.

Making international client calls in a jiffy is now being made easier with Acefone. And it helps that every call is recorded and stored in the database for quality and training purposes.
