The program can sometimes freeze up and lose data in the middle of working.

It is very user friendly and covers the entire accounting to counter service and real time tracking of data in a seamless manner

Support system is not completely well equipped and the FAQ's are not completely clear could make it more elaborate..

Good Retail and Restaurant management POS System
