I would really reccomend calls with the systems staff on a monthly or bi-monthly basis to go over any problems or queries because the majorty of systems are capable of what you want them to do but you cant always figure it out yourself.

Mandatory new starter training is great on the system, we also recently discovered that certain roles can be assigned a number of courses. This means when we add a new starter to the system, due to the role of the new starter, they are automatically assigned a set number of courses. This is really time saving on our part given the system automatically assigns those individuals the courses. The individuals also have to complete the courses in a set order.
It's really helpful to have a phone call with a member of staff to better understand the parameters of the system. The system is capable of a lot and phonecalls have really helped us to tailor the system to our needs.
