Access need to work on better integration - eg PeopleHR app looks very different to other apps with Access, and it confusing uses different names (eg PeopleHR is know as 'Employee' in Workspace. We kept uncovering integration/permission issues and it took their customer support team some weeks to resolve these and ensure that we were able to get the right data reports.
